What a finale! A real showstopper! I'd like to thank everyone for their kindness, but I'm going to leave this account to dust now.

Oh well, at the very least, I don't have to worry about who to use as my muse next time around...

Because Gothic's just a flithy kinnie! That's right, she found someone else to relate to. Even if he's from a different season game, I'm sure you'll recognize him. I've seen him around this site every week anyway.

I'm leaving the fandom!!!

That's right, an autistic minor has got a job, and has gotten their life goals together!

For now, I'm gonna be working at a daycare for three hours, and then, I can start expanding the Silverleaf Academy universe by plotting the first few fics with ideas inspired by the Shin Megami Tensei/Persona series (my replacement SI) andI'm even planning a meet-up with an online friend after the quarantine. One I met, while I was still new to the fandom.

So yeah... this is my final goodbye to this twin sided fandom on tumblr. I'm gonna be remaking both my main and my rp blog as well, instead of it just being an rp blog, I'm gonna make it an ask blog for the Silverleaf students!

Okay everyone...

Please, guys... watch your phrasing. It's not just the singular user your affecting when you use examples in art and such.

Due to current events in the Jekyll and Hyde community, I'm going to explain something about a certain oc of mine. I don't wish to speak anymore of the situation because I am a minor myself which is A) Mentally uncomfortable with the idea that someone I've met (and considered a friend) is getting cancelled (I know it's a part of life, but say you were in this situation, with a history of mental health and irl loneliness) and finally B) I'm also an extremely sensitive bitch so, if you're going to send me death threats, I will probably take it too personal and honestly do worse than just apologising and leaving the site. I do want to disclose that I'm also now concerned about a certain mutual ship involving a different form Jekyde (which I will get into.)

Trigger Warning ahead for: ED, parental abuse.

Now, onto the topic at hand. Long story short, Evangeline Hyde is not an example of me being fatphobic. She also isn't an example of P*do bait.

Before people are going to accuse that I am those things, please listen, I have my reasons for why Evan is the way she is.

The original novel was an inspiration: From Stevenson's classic comes this quote from when Dr Jekyll described his other self's appearance: "it came about that Edward Hyde was so much smaller, slighter and younger than Henry Jekyll." Seeing as Henrietta is already a minor, and a physical child of a Hyde didn't work, one part I wrote down was that Evan's weight was actually a direct result of Henrietta's father forcing her to lose it. Corsets at age 13, dieting and purging at age 5. Now with this, it's time for the next point...

Evangeline is a symbol of Henrietta's rebellious thoughts: Another reason for Henrietta's pleasing nature is to avoid any attacks and assault from one mistake. As such, Evan was given this treatment as opposed to Henri days after her creation as Silverleaf's Henry Jekyll saw her as a mistake. So, not only did she believe that this behaviour towards her body and curious mind was the normal, but she also was influenced with whom she related to, those few being fictional villains, for example...

One of Evan's biggest inspirations was the character of Ursula. You know, the extravagant, flamboyant villain from the little mermaid. Evangeline's not even a full villain, she's more of a mischief maker, doing things for fun.

So, TL;DR Evan was specifically crafted to avoid the trope of "The odd one is comedy relief." So, while she is written as a flirt, she still follows the restrictions a minor would have.

As for the Jekyde situation, me and a mutual have been shipping our characters for a while. Specifically, a relationship between a 17 Henrietta and an 18 female Hyde (which is neither Evan nor another name for Henri's Hyde.) I bring this up since, seeing as this is a romantic relationship between a Jekyll and a Hyde, it could be considered Jekyde, even after the Hyde split off from her Jekyll. So, think of it instead as different names and it would be easier to see it's not selfcest.

Evangeline was silent. Despite the purest whispers that the other self gifted her with, the young hyde felt shamefully scared.

"Are... are you sure?" She whispered, breaking the silence with a deep breath in. She sat down beside Elizabeth before slumping down into (what could be described as) a teenage angst slouch.

"Okay... just gonna get straight to the point..."

"I'm scared, ma. Me and the sun haven't always been the best of friends, all of our encounters ended with me gettin' burnt in some way. We're not talking regular burns, we're talking zero to a hundred, stereotypical vampire skin to ash burns..." She then began to mumble to herself.

"There's also how I imagine I'd be treated..." Then she began to rock back and forth, her hands upon her head. "I... I'm sorry. I... I'm a disgrace to the family name. I-" Her sorrowful tears splashed against her thighs, her wailing becoming more audible.

"I JUST RUIN EVERYTHING!"

     She nodded in return, already taking note of the time frame it might take for her to get ready. “Alright, I will see you in a few minutes.”

     Walking back to getting her things packed and letting Evangeline get ready had her thinking for a moment. Knowing the little one, she could already tell she was too unsure to come. Her frequent lies were often recurring and she had a troubling time telling whether or not she was being honest. She stopped, turning around and furrowing her brows for a moment.

     “Evan?” She called back, “Could you… come back here for a moment?”

At first, Evangeline was hesitant to reply. She slowly walked back, her steps slow. Fear slithered out from her tongue as she spoke. “Y-yeah? Is… Is something the matter, Ma?”

She danced her fingers upon her shoulders, trying to find some way of distracting herself from what she was afraid to hear. She stepped back into the lounge, wearing a pair of black leggings and a band shirt she found from a charity shop. “I-I’m not in trouble, am I?”

     “No, no you’re not. I’m just wondering… are you feeling alright? Is anything bothering you at all? You seem tense about something.”

     Her reading of body language was at it again. She felt as if something was bothering Evan with how she responded previously. Was something wrong? Maybe something was on her mind that was stitched to her intrusive thoughts. It could be anything, especially with Evan. But Elizabeth made sure it was in her best interest to assure her that everything was alright.

     “It’s alright if you tell me anything that’s on your mind, dear. You can tell me anything.”
