Ok so all last year I was following news on this one particular lost media song because it was a fucking BANGER. Here is the original snippet:

There were a ton of circulating theories, people convinced it was a hoax etc especially bc the guy who originally posted asking about the snippet just disappeared off the face of the earth after more people got involved. Turns out this is probably because he actually knew where it was from.. and it was porn. This snippet is perfectly cut so you dont hear MOANS. Full (sexy) audio after it was found:

It turns out this song was recorded by the Booth brothers not necessarily for a porno, but it ended up in one. The film was called Angels and Passion and it was about a bunch of sexy angels who come to earth to teach a guy how to have killer sex. Now please forgive me if im wrong because I have not actually watched this porn movie (shocking) but from what I understand this song plays when somebody else is fucking this poor incompetent guy’s wife/partner/etc who was crying to these sexy angels and the explosion sound at the end is a literal explosion because the world blows up. This is as far as I understand or at least the plot I have pieced together without actually watching the movie.

Anyways the artists were super surprised everyone was into this song of theirs and so they released a new version of it with no moans:

But yeah anyways this post reminded me of it bc the plot of the porn really seems to be about this sad pathetic guy who cant please his wife in bed getting schooled by literal angels about his dick. And the song shreds.

don't delete your twitter. lock your account, use a service to delete all your tweets, delete the app off of your phone, and keep your account/handle so you can't be impersonated.

get a bluesky with the same handle, even if you won't use it, also so you won't be impersonated.

get the sky follower bridge extension for chrome or firefox. you can find everyone you follow on twitter AND everyone you blocked so you don't have to start fresh: https://skyfollowerbridge.com/

learn how to use its moderation tools (labelers, block lists, NSFW settings) so you can immediately cut out the grifters, fascists, t*rfs, AI freaks, have the NSFW content you want to see if you so choose, and moderate for triggers. here's a helpful thread with a lot of tools.

the bluesky phone app is pretty good, but there is also tweetdeck for bluesky, called https://deck.blue/ on desktop, if you miss tweetdeck.

bluesky has explicitly stated they do not use your data to train generative AI, which is nice to hear from an up and coming startup. obviously we can’t trust these companies and please use nightshade and glaze, but it’s good to hear.

Bro I fucking love the DB Cooper case nothing about this whole situation sounds real. None of the passengers on the plane realized they were being hijacked until the plane landed two hours after it was supposed to and the fbi showed up with suitcases full of money. The note about the bomb almost went unnoticed because the flight attendant thought she was being sexually harassed so she didn't read it. One of the main suspects was the first trans woman in Washington to have a sex change operation. There's been multiple "I'm DB Cooper" death confessions. He never even SAID his name was DB Cooper. Either he got away with a million bucks in today's money and the most iconic and harmless crime American history or he impaled himself on a pine tree while falling a zillion miles an hour in the dark while clutching duffel bags full of cash and either option is equally hilarious.
