Go to the top and select Image>Adjustments> Black & White then select ok. After that right click and select "duplicate layer" or drag your image to The new layer button. On the copied image(the one on the top) select it so its on overlay. If this doesn't look good enough, keep duplicating the top image to your liking. you should have something along the lines of this.
Next your going to right click on a layer and select "merge visible" so it turns into one image again. next, your going to duplicate your image again and your going to make sure you have the flower pattern saved as a pattern and double click on the top image layer and "Layer style" should pop up. go to "Pattern Overlay" and find the rose pattern and match your settings to this:
Next, make sure your image that has the flower pattern is selected and click the eraser and just erase the parts of the pattern that on the person and it should look  like this.
Get your first texture and go to edit>paste and put it on lighten at an 100% opacity.
Make a new layer and Go to your brush's and select the brush that has the feathery ends thats 300 px(it comes with photoshop) and select a pink-redish color and click where ever need color and it plain then with the same brush get a bright true red color and place it next the the pink-red with the red overlaping the pink-red so only a bit of the pink red is showing. Put the layer on lighter and 100% opacity.
Get the second texture and paste in on there and put the settings to lighten at 50% opacity.
Next "merge layers" and duplicate the layer again. Select the top layer and Go to Filter>Pixelate> Mosaic and make the cell size around 40 squares then select ok. Make the setting to lighten to around 35% percent.
