🤍 ingredients for the dough:
~ 180 grams of Greek yogurt (86)
~ 160 grams of flour for dough + extra 25 grams (in order to roll out the dough) (644)
~ half of tea spoon baking powder (0)
~ stevia or splenda (I used half a teaspoon of stevia) (0)
~ 1 egg (82)
🤍 ingredients for the filling:
~ cinnamon (I don't count it)
~ zero c@l syrup
。・:*:・゚’☆ how to cook:
mix all the ingredients for the dough. sprinkle the table with the remaining flour. roll out the dough. mix the syrup and cinnamon. spread the dough with the resulting filling. roll up and cut that roll into small pieces. bake in preheated to 180 C oven for 30 minutes. also you can add frosting that made from Greek yogurt and 0 c@l sweetener (but it will be extra cals).

recipe makes six

75 grams of yogurt = 1/3 cup
mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine
cook on 350 for 10-15 mins
review:
the taste is great but the texture is just slightly off, a little too moist and heavy probs cuz the yogurt but overall it's a great substitute if ur craving cupcakes or sweets there was slightly too much Splenda so maybe do 20 packs instead of 30 although I'm not sure how that'll affect the baking process
edit: also they stick to the paper cupcake liners but the foil ones worked fine
