This is karmagisa fanfiction. I wrote it in Japanese and translated it with a translation tool, so sorry if it's hard to read. I hope you enjoy it.
Spell on your nails
Karma has a habit of biting his nails. It was in the middle of autumn that I noticed that.
I'm sure no one is aware of it. Because no other classmate has ever spent such a long time with Karma. It's about two months, even if it's long. But no one else allowed him to be as close as I was, and I was so happy that it tickled me.
It was the index fingernail of his left hand that was biting. I found a bite while he taught me math in the classroom. Most of the time he put it in his pocket, so it was a place I tend to miss. Even if he puts it out, I often can't see it because he's holding it in, but at that time I may have been relaxed. Maybe, unlike someone else, I'm with him almost every day, so I had a pleasant self-esteem.
But it was sad to see it. The nails and the skin are scratchy. If I look closely, the blood is a little bleeding, and it's very painful to look at it. Karma's hand is boyish. Unlike my small, fluffy hands, they are muscular, long and powerful. Though many people have been beaten with this fist, I think it's a beautiful hand. It was painful for it to be hurt by himself. No one can hurt Karma.
It seems that there are various psychological reasons for people to bite their nails. That's why I put a spell on the nails. May Karma not hurt him anymore. May he take good care of himself. Karma was surprised with his eyes wide open, but he was quiet when he asked me why I put a spell. After that, he doesn't bite nails anymore, and my fingertips healed cleanly. But...
After the suspension period, Karma returned to Class E. It's the same class as me again. Koro-sensei's assassination mission is perfect for the quarrelsome Karma. Everyone thought so, but Koro-sensei didn't spoil it. Every time he set it up, he was revenged and maintained. Karma was visibly frustrated by the repetition.
So when he jumped off a tree on a cliff, I was really chilled. Literally assassination of abandoned body. Koro-sensei helped him by means beyond my imagination, but my heart was terrible. Karma seemed to be convinced that he would go with this class E. Was good. I honestly thought so.
But I noticed. Karma, who plays with Koro-sensei's wallet, says, "Eat a meal on our way home," has the bite mark on the tip of his nail.
It was a while ago. When he was sitting on a tree and turning his back on me. Maybe the habit has returned from the rustication. In the months we couldn't meet, the magic was solved.
"Wait, Karma-kun"
When I came to the back of the school building, I confirmed that there was no one around me and then took his hand.
"What? I have the money on hand,"
"No!"
After all Karma in my hands had a scratchy fingertip.
"... You bit again."
Don't bit anymore. I prayed so in my heart and put my lips on his fingertips. The index finger of his left hand. The finger of my longing boy. The jagged nails seemed to hurt my lips, but I didn't mind. I sucked gently and gently, hoping that his rough fingertips would be restored quickly. It's a special magic.
Most of the reasons for biting nails are psychological. Stress, irritation, unrelenting feelings. At that time, people bit nails for peace of mind. It's a sign of feelings that they can't control. But for children, there is another reason. It's loneliness. Which is the reason for Karma? I wonder if both are mixed.
"...No one talk to me that welcome back, only Nagisa."
"... I don't think so"
"I think so. So instead of nails..."
Karma suddenly whispered in my ear as if he had tried to look into me.
 ――Maybe I'll be biting you.
The mean sweet voice was comfortable. That's fine. If that's what Karma feels like. Karma, how did you spend your days while we couldn't meet? What were you thinking about? I don't feel like I found out when I investigated the general reasons for biting nails. I don't even think I can understand what no one else knows. Still, I am.
Karma laughs funny when he sees me who can't say anything.
"It's a joke."
I wanted to say that it doesn't have to be a joke, but I couldn't say it, so I gently held the hand of the person who put the magic on. Karma held my hand back with a force many times stronger than that.
"... Hey, go for a meal?"
"... Yeah"
We start walking side by side. The first star began to blink in the evening sky just after school.
The end.
