Not many facts and rules to know. 

I will keep the color a secret. 

The heir will be chosen by the child that has the perfect gene in relation to the previous parent. So Generation 1 will have to match the exact eyes and hair to the mom. 

At most 4 children. If by the 5th child there has been no perfect match then i will post a poll to see who should be the heir =)
