I love that my Juki stitches out letters. I stitched on soft FOE for this custom leopard bra, and i do the same with my brand name on all of my Sidone products on my Etsy site.

Some recent projects for myself, a nude silk and black lace slip, the beginnings of a silk chiffon and charmeuse blouson sleeve wrap dress, and the final product with a matching cotton sateen dress underneath at a friends wedding in Maine this September.

A custom bra in a 38B for my dear friend P. Its a cross between a few of my designs in this gorgeous soft floral lace. She wore it out of my studio and happened to be wearing a draped back dress and the gold ring at the back was framed perfectly by the fabric. There is nothing like the feeling of seeing someone walk out of your studio wearing a bra you made, with the one they walked in with in their bag (or the trash!) because they are so excited about the way it fits and looks.

Some one-off bra experiments lately. the first two are 34F’s, the leopard is a 36E. When I am not selling my lovely wares on Etsy, I have taken some custom orders for bras and lingerie from friends and family. These projects are amazing learning opportunities, and i really enjoy the technical problem solving that goes into these projects. I have even delayed putting more product out on my site because what I learn from these projects and experiments keeps me changing my designs for the better!
