No, but I love seeing how dorky Ava is too! She immediately got Gregory and Janine’s costumes and she did that whole play fight with the vampires at the end like, who are you kidding ma’am??

Nandor wasn't even mad that Guillermo fired him, he was just upset but even then didn't let on in front of Guillermo. He didn't try to fight it or make Guillermo feel bad in any way, he accepted it and he understood it's just what Guillermo had to do. Nandor has grown and changed so much in such a short period of time to prioritise Guillermo's own happiness even if it comes at the cost of his own.

Starbula crumbs in the GOTG Vol 3 art book!!
Ok I’ve been meaning to post this FOREVER and life has been absolutely crazy…
But the GOTG Vol 3 art book finally released this summer… and the Starbula crumbs in there are kind of incredible. I don’t have a scanner, so please enjoy my low-tech photos of these pages. 😅
We start off with Peter and Nebula looking gorgeous next to each other on the back cover 🥲 And basically in the front of the group (aside from Rocket, the main character)? Delightful.
Ok, the next page of note isn't actually a Starbula crumb. It is a STARBULA FEAST WTF. Again, sorry for the low-quality picture -- it's super dark and I kept trying to take a picture at different times of day/locations to get a better angle lol. Take a look at this picture and its description:
Reading this for the first time, I literally couldn't stop laughing from disbelief and amazement. Starbula was potentially going to be SO in-your-face in the movie (more than it was already) and I am so happy to know this.
But honestly, I'm also kind of happy this moment wasn't in the film. Instead of Peter and Nebula having this ultra-cinematic, obviously-romantic moment where the world falls away and they stare at each other, the movie's focus is on Peter and Nebula beginning to truly move forward and heal from their pasts. That way, Nebula isn't just a Romantic Lead Replacement for Gamora, but is more of a subtle, farther-in-the-future (and endgame!) romantic partner. I really think that having this moment hidden just underneath the surface is amazing -- since I now totally headcanon that this is what happened in the scene, just off-camera. (In fact, you can actually see Peter run to Nebula's side in the distance of the shot of Nathan Fillian floating away!)
Maybe Peter and Nebula have been increasingly having these intimate, hyper-focused-on-each-other moments during missions, and they don't even notice it's a big deal. We basically saw this happening during the hallway fight near the end of the movie, too -- them being totally in sync and staring at each other instead of the henchmen they were fighting. Maybe some of their teammates are starting to notice, maybe not. But it's happening under the surface all the same. 🥹
Here they are zoomed in a bit:
And the last bit of Starbula content is this Star-Lord page:
Interesting who they decided to place next to Peter to show the different Guardians uniform options... 👀 Also, they look SO FUCKING GOOD TOGETHER
Ok, those are my GOTG Vol 3 art book Starbula moments! I hope these bring you as much surprise and delight as they brought me 💖 💖

For many years all I wished was a high paying job... Now when I have it, my anxiety is at its peak. My team members are toxic af, I don't enjoy the things I used to, I don't have the energy to read my fav fic/ catch the latest spy x family chapters/ watch new series. I can't enjoy my work due to impossible targets.
I'm frustrated and burnout. I can't believe I cried for this job when I couldn't clear the cut off. I wish I understood that the universe was trying to save me from another hell.
It's true when they say 'Be careful what you wish for.'

Hypocrisy of TUA part 1
I'm truly FEED up with this BULLSHIT, everyone going after Five & Lila and hating on them for NO real reason, yes I SAID it NO real valid reason.
Five & Lila did NOT have an affair, Lila was SEPARATED from Diego VERBALLY BEFORE she got lost for 7 freaking YEARS.
they thought that timeline was GONE for good, to them the world ended and they were the only ones left, they developed a stronger friendship over the years and FELL IN LOVE, they did NOT anything wrong.
accusing Lila of cheating after literally 6 YEARS of being SEPARATED from marriage wise and physically wise from her "husband" is RIDCLOIUS, because:
There are actual laws states that if a spouse goes missing for 5-6 years, then said spouse e is considered DEAD therefore the other spouse is considered a WIDOW.
so she's widow as far as she knows, so stating that a widowed woman is cheating on her husband is just simply wrong statement.
THE TRUE HYPOCRISY
is the FACT that when Sissy a white woman who is MARRIED (Sissy) and HAS A CHILD had a REAL AFFAIR with Vanya/Viktor at her HUSBAND'S HOUSE, in HIS OWN BED after just a MONTH & HALF and she was in FACT STILL MARRIED to said husband, she was NOT separated like Lila was from Diego (yes verbally COUNTS here considering the situation they were going through, a paper isn't more important than a woman's own agency)
YET everyone LOVED Sissy & Viktor/Vanya as a couple, showed nothing but SUPPORT, LOVE and ADMERATION for it despite the FACT it being 100% REAL AFFAIR.
so to all of sudden TUA has some kind of morality and has an issue with infidelity when it's about a widowed/separated woman, it's NOT at all about morality and everything to do with being anti WOC, because a white woman is allowed & supported to have an affair YET a WOC is SHAMED for having a relationship after 6 YEARS of SEPRATION.
BEFORE everyone comes at me that Carl was an "evil" or "bad" man, he had it coming, 1) he's the reason Vanya/Viktor was able to survive peacefully for a month & half in 60's, hate him all you want, call him all the names you want, but he gave her/him home, safety without payment. 2) if you hate Carl for being who he is and think he had it coming then it also should apply to Diego, because he's basically Carl 2.0 but it's WORSE with Diego because he's a modern man with old mindset.
Diego's actions, behavior and mindset are the actions, behavior and mindset of men in 1960's, he’s basically Carl Cooper (Sissy’s husband from S2) a lesser version but a version of him none the less.
1) Diego: put all the responsibility of the house, the children and the marriage on Lila’s shoulders all by herself. Carl: did the same with Sissy with their house, marriage and child, though he was more absent from his son because he couldn’t connect with him. (which btw is normal 60's wise, autism wasn't diagnosoied yet and he cared enough to try and help him when he was suffering Vanya/Viktor's pain, while Sissy literally did nothing)
2) Diego: is annoyed by the help Lila gets aka Lila’s family. Carl: was annoyed by Vanya/Viktor. they're the ones who are actually helping in raising the children since they're too busy drowning in self pity.
3) Diego: did NOT pay any attention/NOR care to Lila or how she EXHAUSTED looked 24/7, how OVERWHELMED she was until she picked the "wrong" pinata , then instead of talking to her, he followed her around. Carl: did not see nor care how exhausted Sissy was with Harlan, and only noticed her when she acted little differently and he too followed her around instead of talking to her.
4) Diego and Carl worked jobs that they hated then deflecting on the wives and guilt tripping Lila and Sissy about providing them home and nice life when questioned if they want to actually participate more at home or marriage.
Carl to Sissy : " depends on how hard they make me work to provide you with this wonderful life"
Diego to Lila : " I mean that's good to know that the life we built is so bad". "someone's gotta show up for this marriage because it sure as hell ain't you"
this the kind of physiological maneuver both men use on their wives when asked simple question such as "what time you will be back from work?" (Sissy asking Carl)
or Lila being honest with Diego about how she feels, and honest about her needs.
a maneuver in which it absolves them of any shortcomings from them, and blaming the women for their own shortcomings.
Lila & Sissy
1)Lila: knew and felt the need to hide her job/investigation a secret from Diego because she KNEW he wouldn’t approve , he would have a problem with it, which he had an issue with it, to him it was worse than cheating. Sissy: hid the cigarettes from Carl, kept her dream of working in a shop hidden from him because she knew he wouldn’t approve, that he would've an issue with it.
2)Lila and Sissy were NOT physically comfortable to be touched by their husband/ex-husband who all of sudden decided to actually show some affection after months/years of not showing any and both husbands were TOO busy fulfilling their own needs they did NOT notice, how uncomfortable and unwanted the physical advances were.
3)Lila and Sissy have felt TRAPPED in the marriage, not necessarily missing out on their dreams/adventures that they're not living/missing out on (even though it might seem as such on a surface level) however they are TRAPPED by the men in their lives.
Lila: "I'm just trapped in this unending suburban hellscape"
Sissy: " do you know what it's like being when you have a man who can't see you....your life gets small, a little smaller everyday, and you don't even notice the box that you're in...until comes along and let's you out"
both felt they were trapped in a small box where their whole world only revolved around children (they love) and men who can NOT SEE them. men who can NOT appreciated them at all.
Sissy fulfilled her needs by having an AFFAIR with Vanya/Viktor, she found everything she needs with her/him and she was supported by the fandom, celebrated even.
Now Lila on the other hand fulfilled her need to be seen as more than a mother/wife by WORKING, by INVESTIGATING, by working with Five to help save the world yet again, and she was SHAMED for it by Diego and by the whole fandom
her relationship with Five did NOT factor into Diego & Lila's marriage (unlike Carl & Sissy's marriage) that came much later after YEARS of her marriage had ALREADY FALLEN a part.
YET the WOC gets NOTHING but hatred from TUA even though in FACT, she did NOT cheat on her husband and had a relationship after YEARS her marriage was ended
the white woman gets CELEBRATED, SUPPORTED and loved for having a REAL AFFAIR.
it's 2024 and women are STILL BLAMED for men's shortcomings and accused of "crimes"/sins they haven't actually committed.

This is a very good analysis.
The Hunt Episode is so pivotal because Viserys is so into baby Aegon at first! He’s playing with him and remarking about how much they look alike and generally just seems so happy with the son he’s always dreamed would be.
He spends the rest of the episode torn between Rhaenyra and Aegon- essentially torn between the guilt he feels over killing his wife in pursuit of his dream son and the desire to believe his dream really was true- and that Aegon is the son of his dream and should be crowned king. And then there is the whole white hart search that haunts the entire episode:
OTTO: The royal huntsman have sent a report, Your Grace. There's been a sighting of a white hart. The stag is "The King of the Kingswood," Your Grace. A regal portent for Prince Aegon's name day.
Otto sets up the white hart as a divine sign that Aegon should be the future king. And though Viserys spends most of the episode upset at everyone's politicking- he does confess to Alicent that he might have been wrong to name Rhaenyra heir, now that he has a son:
VISERYS: You know, I... I named her to protect the realm from Daemon. She was my only child. "The Realm's Delight." I named her out of love because I no longer believed... ALICENT: Believed what, my love? VISERYS: Many in my line have been dragonriders. Very few among us have been dreamers. What is the power of a dragon... next to the power of prophecy? ALICENT: The hour is too late, husband. VISERYS: When Rhaenyra was a child... I saw it in a dream... as vivid as these flames, I saw it. A male babe born to me... wearing the Conqueror's crown. And I so wanted it to be true, to be a dreamer myself. I sought that vision again, night after night... but it never came again. I poured all my thought and will into it. And my obsession killed Rhaenyra's mother. ALICENT: Viserys. VISERYS: I thought Rhaenyra was the way out of my abyss of grief and regret. And naming her heir would begin to set things right. ALICENT: Oh, it did. VISERYS: I never imagined I would remarry... that I would have a son. What if I was wrong?
It is so interesting that it is right after this that the horns are blown and they tell Viserys that the white hart has been found. Because I think this is the scene that makes up Viserys' mind. They bring this poor brown stag to Viserys and it is clearly not the white hart. And Viserys cannot even kill him cleanly. You can see he doesn't really want to kill this stag, but he does it because it is expected, because he is the King, because it is in honor of his son's 2nd name day, etc. But I think that maybe the senseless butchering of this poor creature reminds Viserys of Aemma. I might be reaching, but I felt like he was reminded of how he allowed her to be butchered in the quest for a male heir. And as he is butchering this stag, he has to face the fact that it is not actually a sign. It is only a regular stag, not a white hart. It is not a sign. And it is after this moment that Viserys decides that he will no longer be swayed by the other lords nor by his own desire for his prophetic dream to be true. He will keep Rhaenyra as heir for Aemma, as he explains to her after the hunt:
VISERYS: Rhaenyra... I did waver at one time. But I swear to you now, on your mother's memory, you will not be supplanted.
And I think that once he decided Rhaenyra was his heir and that he would not supplant her, that’s when he began to distance himself from Aegon. So maybe it wasn’t that he didn’t like him or found him unworthy- as Aegon assumes in the carriage ride- but that he was afraid he would like him too much and that he would be swayed to choose him as a fulfillment of his prophetic dream.
The tragic irony about ALL of this is that Viserys really was a dreamer. But his interpretation of the dream was wrong. Viserys does (unintentionally) end up placing his son on the throne- and "all the dragons roared as one,” just as he prophesied. But, they roar as one in war... in a war with each other. Viserys unfortunately was not dreaming that his son would "unite the realm against the cold and the dark." He was not dreaming that his son was the “Prince that was Promised.” His prophetic dream was actually about the Dance of the Dragons.
