Day 13
Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
This is kind of a tough one, the most I’ve lost and consistently was when I was eating 1000-1200+ calories a day, and doing 30 mins of light exercise a day. I just was very very particular with what I ate (I can’t eat sugar and oil regardless) I made sure anything I ate was nutritional, like included proteins and healthy fats etc. I lost 7 kgs in 2 months this way!
However now, I don’t have the support of my partner (we live apart but I was staying with him back then) and it’s gotten a lot harder, I ended up gaining most of that weight back and now I yo-yo between the slower and consistent approach and the “get this fat off my body right fucking now” heavy restriction approach.
I still make sure to eat any time my stomach growls, I take vitamins to help with my lack of nutrients. I do my best to get enough protein and other nutrients.
But my stomach is growling a lot more these days, and I weigh myself multiple times a day. So it’s definitely not healthy by any means, but I also never even come close to eating less than 600 calories a day.

Day 12
What do you normally eat?
I usually eat overnight oats every morning with instant coffee mixed in because I hate drinking it, a meal replacement shake spread across the day, and generally more oats for dinner.
I eat mostly porridge honestly.

Reminder:
♥️Do not fast to the point of fainting! This will cause life-long problems, including brain damage & problems with losing weight in the future.
♠️Keep an eye on your blood sugar! Blood sugar is not just something that diabetic people need to worry about. Its something we all have to be a little bit careful with. If youre feeling faint, break your fast and eat something sugary. Even if its something small like 1 oreo, a spoonful of pure sugar, a brownie, whatever. You do not want to faint (see point #1)
♦️Dont get drunk on an empty stomach! Seriously, eat a small meal first. A sandwich, some nachos, ramen, something like that. Its horrible for your liver, and you will most definitely have a terrible hangover.
♣️NEVER skip out on hydration, fasting or not. Hydration is EXTREMELY important. You'll risk kidney stones, kidney failure, UTIs, and even seizures. Remember to stick to things like water(carbonated or not), tea, and Gatorade(the electrolytes are extremely helpful). Soda doesnt do as good of a job at those things.
♥️DO NOT abuse laxatives! You will dehydrate(see above), and risk having a chemical dependency on them, causing chronic constipation. Laxatives should only be used in small amounts & ONLY for constipation. Talk to your doctor.
♠️Dont workout too hard. Working out can be fun, and its good to do it in moderation. But dont hurt your muscles too much. They say "no pain, no gain," but there is a point where pain crosses the line. Take breaks from working out as well.
♦️Dont overwork yourself physically during a fast/low cal day! Calories are energy. If you dont have that energy, overworking can cause fainting(see point #1).
♣️If youre spacing off from hunger, dont do anything that takes too much concentration. As i talked about in the last point, overworking can be bad physically, but it's important to avoid MENTAL strain as well! Things like driving, filling out important paperwork, writing an important email, doing homework, etc. can be severely impacted by a lack of focus.
Stay safe. Because someone really cares about you.

Just a reminder don't wait til your in the hospital dying it get help
Around every 90 minutes someone does from a eating disorder, more than 40% of those people are overweight! You may wonder how? With anorexia you can die even if your bmi says your overweight because of the fact malnutrition can happen at any weight for example on the show my 600lb life a man at 430 was hospitalized for starving himself and getting malnourished he almost died! With bullimia it's not necessarily you die from being underweight it's from your body giving out all that acid you throw up messes with your kidneys your liver etc your body starts shutting down so does your stomach because it's not meant to throw up that much as someone who's been hospitalized due to bullimia.
Don't wait Til your "skinny enough" to get help when only 20% of people with eds are underweight.
Please reblog this it could save someone's life
Edit: don't forget about BED normally when people think of EDs they think bone skinny people when in reality many countries like American and England BED is becoming more of a issue as well

Growing up poor and then developing an ed is a horrid combination cuz now I have the "never waste food" mindset combined with the "don't finish it all" mindset 🥲
