Hello everyone! After keeping this a secret for so long, we are so very excited to finally announce: Mise en Place: an iwaoi fanzine.

This book will feature ten artists; each with a colored illustration and full-page sketches. It will follow Iwaizumi and Oikawa throughout the day, their backdrops enriched with food, domesticity, and life’s many profound flavors.

Our goal for this project is not only to demonstrate our love for these characters, but also to go back to the humble roots of handcrafted, high-quality paper zines. It’s truly the labor of love, something that we put together by ourselves; from picking quality printing paper to putting the pages together by hand.

To serve as a delightful side dish to go with the main course, a set of RISO print postcards of the featured artworks will be included along with the A5 (148mm x 210mm) art book.

We really hope you’ll love it as much as us creating it.

From September 24 to October 12, we will reveal one artist every other day! Stay tuned! Pre-orders will be open from October 15 to November 15. For more information check out our FAQ.
