Reflective journal 

Today i finished the editing process of my video by first double checking my work and adding any extra bits like more sound i order to try to build suspense in this short film. Then i began to export the file using sequence drop down and began to render my effects, which meant i could upload my photo tohte facebook group and youtube to get feedback.

Reflective Journal

Today i began the editing process of my short film however to start off with i used a skeleton edit to make sure each film scene had made sense. I used a wide range of transitions such as dissolve and fade to black in order to try and connect each scene. I tied to cut any unnecessary scenes as it made the film look amateurish. i have learned how to extend and shorten the length of each film clip

The book on Making Short Films as i will be editing and changing some things when we produce our short film  scenes as well as acting therefore learning how important post production work is in short films will help me. For example the parts about how sound plays a vital part in film, as our genre will be thriller and the sound will help to try and build some suspense
