Greek tragedy- oliver nelson

It's a cold ass winter day. I'm at cozy hotel, on the top of a mountain.

I'm waking up; As I'm getting up I peek through the window and I see the most relaxing picture ever: the rock walls of the hotel are slowely turning white and the grass is- Ugh, enough!

I get up, I change into some loungy clothes and I make my way to the front part of the hotel- the lobby. The enterior is very authentic, very boujee, in it's own way. I make my way to the gallery and I sit down while my eyes slowly lock on the sight of the beautiful nature being covered in snow.

My best friend joins me some time later.

"Wanna go outsi-?" - I casually started asking, as she was replying even tho I didn't even finish the sentence. "F*** YEAH!" she screamed;

We make our way outside, but something that is odd is that, most of the people our age would go outside and play in the snow: have a snowball fight, build a snowman, make snow angels etc; but we were doing completely other things. We would find a place in the front of the hotel or on the balcony; We would sit there for hours as the snow is falling.

The magical thing about the hangout is that, nobody even said a word. The only exception was the one sentence that's been running through my mind constantly.

𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞.

-"Who does?" , she asked confused.

-"The view. The view is the ecstasy." -I simply replied.

- It's a cold winter day. I'm waking up in my warm bed. Looking out of the window, I remembered- I'M IN MANCHESTER! I run to my cousins room to wake her up and to tell her that It's snowing outside;

- We make our way to the kitchen to make some funfetti pop-tarts with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and hot chocolate on the side. As soon as we finished our breakfast we changed into loungy clothes, sat by the fireplace and watched the snowflakes make a thick white carpet on the street.

- somebody rang the dorbell. "Who is it?"- sis and I thought. We open the door and we see Nana with a big plate of homemade of cookies. Our favorite. We continue watching the snow outside.

- It was getting dark. "It's Christmas eve"- my aunt reminded me. Sis and I started getting ready: we're putting up our stockings, leaving some carrots and pies for santas helpers.

- We change into our elf pjs and go to bed.

-It's a nice sunny spring day; my best friend and I are laying on grass, flowers blooming around us. We are drinking strawberry milk and refreshers, not giving a single f*** about anything.

-Life is beautiful, we start picking the flowers around us. You can feel the gentle spring breeze comforting our skin while we sing our favorite songs. We stand up and decide to go explore our surrounding. We are in the woods that is right next to us. Sun is shining above us, and we are running and laughing in the colorful shade that the trees are making. Not even a single bad thing going through our minds.

- It was too sunny, so my best friend and I decide to go back to our picnic place and pack everything so we can head back to our house.
