Stage performances/speeches

Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech? Yes I have given several speeches. As a kid we were required to sing in the youth choir and give speeches in church on special occasions such as Easter, Mother���s Day, and Christmas. I didn’t like it then, but now in my adult life I realize that those things gave us structure and purpose.

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises? My favorite exercise is walking, because it targets the whole body. Well it’s my go to. I actually like all forms of exercising ( biking, aerobic, water aerobics, tennis, golf, badminton etc,) as long as I can work up a sweat.
