As always, disabled people bear the brunt of the injustice during crises.
This is why I'm begging you to spare anything you can for @noor-yashour who is fundraising for her disabled son, Muhammad, 4 years of age. He was receiving physical therapy in order to be able to walk but with his treatment on hold during the genocide, his condition is rapidly deteriorating.
LOW ON FUNDS.

Support Aalaa's mother's recovery
$38,298/$50,000
Aalaa's campaign is vetted on sudanfunds
Aalaa's mother was able to have her surgery in October thanks to everyone's support. While this is wonderful news and a huge relief for the family, her road to recovery has only just begun. Aalaa's mother still has more tests and treatments she must undergo to address her health problems.
Please continue to support Aalaa and her family so they can provide the care her mother urgently needs.

Hiii. There’s actually a lot of ppl that really need money right now, rather urgently, like the campaigns I have listed in my pinned post, but I’m also a jobless disabled black lesbian and I would deeply appreciate a spare dollar or two bc being broke is a bit depressing and the job I wanted got filled w/o me so now I’m kinda just sitting here like damn.

Please help this family rebuild!
@aburakhiaibrahim and his family finally managed to return to northern Gaza but they found their home completely destroyed. Rebuilding will be an arduous process, especially with little to no access to water or basic necessities, and very high prices of goods.
Verification: gaza-evacuation-funds
Other details:
family of 28 members, 15 of whom are children
mother is hypertensive and diabetic
only 31% funded after 11 months of GFM creation (goal: $30K CAD) -> very slow campaign
Please continue supporting this campaign.

Abdulrahman still needs your support
Last month, Abdulrahman @3bdulra7manosama tried to raise funds for this school year's tuition and other fees so he could continue his medical education. He was not able to raise enough funds needed but was able to find a generous donor who covered the rest.
[Verification: #4 in this post by gaza-evacuation-funds]
He is now using the same GFM to support his family still in Gaza facing genocide and starvation, and need help in meeting their basic needs.
His short-term goal is €5000. The GFM is moving very slowly, with no donations in over 3 days. Please consider donating and please keep supporting this campaign in any way you can.
€3,332 / €5000

Please keep supporting Ahmed's family
I have made a post about Ahmed @ahmedfamily900 and his family back in November. Their campaign has made progress (from €797 to €3,397 raised of the €100,000 goal, only 3% funded), but it remained very slow, sometimes going days with minimal increase.
[verification: gaza-evacuation-funds, gazavetters (#37)]
This family is trying to raise funds for their daily needs of around 20 members and for the treatment of several members who have been injured during the current campaign of genocide by the settler state. Two of those injured are children. Another child has cleft palate which needs prompt surgical correction to prevent speech and feeding difficulties. Ahmed's twin brother had been taken by the IOF and released in September. (Details in the post linked in par. 1)
With the impending truce, Ahmed and his family may be able to return to their home in the north of Gaza, and they would have been happy to return to a even broken down structure with dilapidated rooms, but some of their acquaintances have informed them that there is not even rubble to return to. They still need our support. ETA: Ahmed is also requesting others to sponsor/make their own posts/regularly share his campaign. If you can, please do not hesitate to do so.
Please keep supporting this family. Thank you.
Tagging for reach. Respectfully requesting to boost and tag others s well so it may reach other bigger blogs/get enough exposure/etc. Please reply or reach out in other ways for tag removal. Thank you.

My friends, pregnancy is difficult even without war 🇵🇸
Imagine being without a home or a job—how would you endure it all?😢
How can you provide food for the baby inside you when you barely have enough to eat? 🙏🤱
How will your child be born without hospitals or medical care?🥺
🇵🇸🇵🇸🙏🙏
Please, my friends, stand by me. My family and I need you. 🙏10 euros can make difference 🟢

just want to bring attention to this campaign that'll help provide 3D-printed prosthetics to children in gaza
Through a collective of international partners, including Canadian medics, humanitarian organizations in Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt, and technology companies, we will bring 30 3D-printed prosthetics to children in Gaza. As you know, I am based in Montréal, Canada, and will be traveling to either Jordan, Egypt or Lebanon (decided based on the unfolding of events) in Spring 2025 to oversee the printing, assembling and shipment of the prosthetics to Gaza. We are raising funds to cover the costs of 3D printing materials (TPU, TPE and ABS Filament), the shipping and delivery of the prosthetics. The largest amount of funds will be dedicated to the creation and delivery of psychosocial workshops to help the children and their families understand their new challenges as an amputee as well as adapt to the use of the prosthetic, paired with physiotherapy support. I will be posting regular updates of the project details, as well as receipts of all expenses. In case the project cannot be carried out or the fundraiser goes above its goal, all funds will be given to Glia Foundation and the PCRF.

Mawasi Al-Qarara Mutual Aid Project (MAQMAP) is aiming to provide the displaced families in Mawasi Al-Qarara refugee camp with car fare so that they can move back to their home cities.
These people have been forced from their homes via the most brutal means imaginable. A vital part of resistance to settler-colonialism and genocide is steadfastness in the land. Palestinians are going to need solidarity as they relocate and rebuild.

a really great organization that i don't see any posts about here is HEAL palestine. it was founded by steve sosebee, who was a founding president of the PCRF before leaving in late 2023 to refocus his efforts on heal palestine to better meet the needs of palestinians impacted by the genocide. the organization provides palestinians in gaza with food, clean water, shelters, "makeshift classrooms," and even medical evacuation for some children when it's possible--their services are pretty wide.
you can donate here if you would like to send a tax-deductible donation to an organization. also, i don't think any evacuations are possible right now, but if you're in the united states and you'd like to welcome medically evacuated children in the future, i highly recommend signing up for their newsletter or following them on social media so you can stay updated in case any children evacuated by HEAL come to your area for treatment. welcoming these kids at the airport is a really moving way to provide them with moral support, entirely for free.

With the blockade imposed by Israel, it is extremely important to support grassroots organizations. They provide aid to multiple families on the ground. The Sameer Project is one organization. It is led by 4 Palestinians in the diaspora and Gazans are risking their lives while distributing the aid to ensure families are accommodated.
The Sameer Project provides food and shelter. As you know, the rainy season is persistent and many families have been displaced by the sea. The high tide has caused many to lose their tents, the only shelter they have. So please donate to the Sameer Project! With your support, they can branch out to families across the Strip!
Here is their Linktree, which also includes Venmo and PayPal.

compiling some mutual aid projects and nonprofits working in sudan. though depending on where you get your news you may not see very much coverage of the unfolding crisis, millions of people are in danger every day as the situation continues to deteriorate. i've been really astounded by the scale of your response to the earlier list of gazan initiatives, and i hope you extend the same support to these organizations too!
khartoum aid kitchen - currently running 12 community kitchen sites and supporting five others that collectively provide food for over 10,000 people
fill a heart - provides financial support to sudanese hospitals and families displaced in egypt. updates are available on their instagram.
sudan solidarity collective - supporting civil society organizations and providing psychological and educational programs for displaced people. can also donate through their paypal
darfur women action - runs programs for displaced women and girls
sudanese american physicians association - provides medical treatment and supports healthcare infrastructure
amal for women - currently focused on providing water, food, hygiene products, and shelter for displaced people. general projects include education programs for children, support and professional training for single mothers, and providing trauma care. also has a gofundme
hadhreen - provides food, water, solar panels for hospitals, children's educational programming, and a variety of other support services
hometax - provides necessities for displaced people, including food, shelter, and medical assistance. updates can be found on their instagram.
barana hanabneiho - originally focused on rebuilding and equipping schools, currently providing food, water, tents, mosquito nets, and weather-appropriate necessities to displaced people. they have an instagram and also accept donations through zeffy
saving algeneina initiative - provides a variety of necessities, including food, rain covers for tents, and medical care. works with displaced people in both sudan and chad.
sudanese red crescent society - runs health programs across all 18 states as well as delivering essential supplies
sadagaat - various initiatives including water stations and community kitchens
hope relief and rehabilitation for disabilities support (hrrds) - originally focused on disability justice programs. currently providing food, water, hygiene products, mobility aids, and other necessities with a focus on supporting disabled people and other vulnerable groups
medglobal's sudan emergency appeal - provides medical supplies, equipment for doctors, and fuel for hospitals
sudanese american medical association - provides food, water, and medical equipment, as well as training clinicians and sending extra doctors to hospitals
siha network - provides menstrual products and obstetric/gynecological care
as before, this is not an exhaustive list, so please feel free to add any similar initiatives or organizations you know of. and as always please donate whatever amount you can and share! every small action makes a difference, even if it feels inconsequential to you.
