1 Game Out
Our Detroit Pistons are 1 game out of the 8 spot in the east and 4.5 games out of their #6 seed. The Pistons should have the 8 spot by the NBA All-Star game and will have to “position” themselves for their run to #6 and a very interesting month of April.

Scherzer's Millions
Mad Max to Scherzer’s Millions, when he turned down the Tigers offer last season, you knew he was looking for the largest payout and the Nationals were it. However, if you look at the pay structure, Washington did a pretty good job of spreading out the signing bonus and the last three years of the contract ($35 million/yr.)
The contract looks like this:
$10 million in 2015 $15 million in 2016 $15…

1st Round QB Prospects & Wasting Picks On Them
1st Round QB Prospects & Wasting Picks On Them
There is not one quarterback that is worth a first round draft pick in 2015 NFL draft. Not Winston, not Mariota, not Cardale Jones or anyone else. College football and Pro football are day and night, every year we go through this same process and every year it’s pretty much the same result. We have a highly acclaimed qb and they can’t live up to the hype. Does Vince Young or Johnny Manziel ring a…

Advocare Rehydrate Electrolyte Replacement Drink
You exhausted and dehydrated, you need to replenish your electrolytes and the common choice is either Gatorade or Powerade. But today we have another option that has less sugar, and adds amino acids as well as calcium and more potassium into our bodies. See the chart below and for a comparison and see me on how to get this electrolyte drink. Btw, the cost is roughly $1.10 per packet (.42 oz) and you just mix it into a bottled water (8-14oz).

Exercise and Diet
You need both, not just a good diet or a lot of time in the gym. The weights and the treadmill are your best friends at the gym. When you’re hungry try these options. In the morning, oatmeal and add either milk or boiling water. Lunch time; toast a bagel, add some swiss cheese and salmon. Still hungry; strawberries, kiwi and avocados will do the trick. I enjoy yogurt but watch the sugar. Look for yogurt that has less than 12 grams of sugar. Stay away from pop and candy, and you will look and feel better.

Mutual Funds
With many large cap growth, blue chip growth, and Nasdaq growth mutual funds having returns of over 40% year over year it's time to look for the correction that is well over due. Google has doubled in the last two years, Amazon trades at 1,400 times over earnings and the Dow hit an all-time high, let the correction begin and lets look to these funds once they're battered and capitulation has set in. Get out now and wait, wait for the next buying opportunity. Remember, you will never buy at the very low and you will never sell at the very high, but you can have a nice chunk of margin in the middle and you will always have great returns.

Setting Up An LLC...
Here's where experience comes into play, I see several companies pitching commercials to try and get your business (really they want your money) but the fees they charge for the product that you want is aimed at the uninformed. Just because you don't know something, it just means that you don't have experience in that space. LLC.com offers their service for over $600 which includes a tax id # and a $50,000 corporate veil guarantee, really? I've set up several LLC's and got my tax id # within 15 minutes of having my registration approved by the state of Michigan, all for a low price of $50. Experience pays off, its incredible that there is a market for the "lack of experience" and the amount of money some people pay for a service that can easily be explained. I look at it like the car dealership running up the bill. Any business questions, you can email me for free and I'll share with you for free what someone else will charge you hundreds of dollars.

Correction Time
I've been saying for some time that most stocks are over-priced and money should start moving out of stocks and onto the sidelines. Another buying opportunity will soon appear.

Stock Market Bubble
When things are good people want in, but in the free market you need a margin to make money. If the stock market is at 16,000 where's the margin? Time to sell and sit on cash, you can't make money buying on the high.
