While holding educational campaigns, Daejayon offers students the opportunity to get involved both on and off campus, to help reduce our carbon footprint and to show communities what can be done to make a difference when combating climate concerns. Spotlight on HEALS for being there because they care! www.shirtshouse.com would like to give a shout out to one of their clients the non-profit organization Helping Every Animal Live Society Inc. because they are out there in the world everyday saving lives and putting an end to the euthanasia of innocent animals that are left behind in shelters.

What is animal shelter euthanasia? Animal shelters are temporary homes for our little friends that are in need. A shelter gives these unfortunate animals a chance to be adopted by a caring new owner. However, there is only so much space available in a shelter, and when an animal has yet to be adopted, and more animals are coming in through the shelter doors, the old animals are put to sleep so that the more recent arrivals are given an adoption opportunity as well. Should death be an answer? Of course not! This is where HEALS comes into play. From HEALS Inc.“We feel that death should never be an option or a solution”. Heals is dedicated to giving all rescued animals a second chance by providing foster care and ultimately adoption.
