Feeling a little targeted with some selfship posts lately lmao

Anyways for context relating to the whole nonsharer dni thing, basically my partners and i recently decided we would all have nonsharers dni when it came to selfshipping due to how toxic they can be (huge rant below the cut)

Such as i had a mutual who selfshipped with volo but then made a very toxic and unwarranted post about how they will invalidate anyone else's selfship with volo (which is even worse because my partners and i also selfship with volo (albeit me and one of them didn't speak up about it cause we didn't know our other partner was a sharer)

The server that my partner was recently denied from also had a nonsharer who claimed basically the entirety of the backrooms just because it was their special interest (the doc for the server also just was way too restrictive, there's even restrictions on who you could kin, fictives be damned ig)

So, my partner, not wanting to make nonsharers uncomfortable, asked if there were any sharer exclusive servers

That's when FOUR PEOPLE who I'm assuming were all from that server began flaming them and even accusing them of vague posting (they really weren't, they were saying all selfship servers in general were nonsharer specific)

I joined in because of course I'm gonna defend my fucking partner

Then one them went on MY SELFSHIP BLOG and xe went to my POSITIVE sharer imagine post after my partner blocked xem just so xe could say I'm "incredibly immature", xe also vague posted which is hypocritical as shit

Someone on anon also called my partner ridiculous for feeling uncomfy with nonsharers, guess sharers aren't allowed to have their own boundaries

And now there's a bunch of posts like "there's so much hate on nonsharers" mother fucker HOW DO YOU THINK SHARERS ARE FEELING RIGHT NOW???

i dont know if i can speak on this bc i dont have those feelings, but ive literally seen people say the internet should be 18+ like......... zawg that wont do anything..... kids will STILL find ways to experience nsfw stuff, but in a WORSE and potentially dangerous way, because theyre taught that since theyre a minor, they cant POSSIBLY have any sexual feelings or urges or desires, or cant POSSIBLY be allowed to see any of that

I'm nervous to say this on ur post because of the everyone dni thing (it's blake/rei on anon btw) but honestly yeah, people act like minors even THINKING about stuff like that is gross and weird (even though it's natural)

Because it DOES affect reality unlike what most proshippers claim, i know this from experience because i thought age gaps were okay for a while in 2017-2021 and almost dated someone three and a half years older than me in 2019 (and DID date them in like late 2020, so i was 11 and he was like, 15 at the time) BECAUSE of proshipping (as i was a proshipper by definition back then and was more easily influenced by people older than me)

Also proshippers romanticize disgusting shit so that's another reason they're bad <3

like i see some random thing i didnt know about 2 seconds ago and suddenly its all anyones talking about..... that makes me avoid it because the amount of popularity is just so uncomfy to me

even some things i DO know that get really popular has the same effect, e.g. yaelokre. like i enjoy their songs, i really do, but after specifically harpy hare got popular it just made me uncomfortable to listen to it or anything......i still do occasionally listen to hartebeest and cole's response, but even then, ive just been starting to avoid anything yaelokre because of the sudden popularity

I just honestly think “sysmed” is a better term than “anti-endo” because they’re not just against endogenic systems.

They’re against traumagenic non-disordered systems.

They’re against traumagenic systems who are disordered by something other than a CDD.

They’re against traumagenic CDD systems who support endogenic systems.

They’re against traumagenic plurality if the trauma happened as an older child, teen or adult.

Some are even against traumagenic CDD systems if that CDD isn’t DID or OSDD (and sometimes OSDD doesn’t even count to them).

They’re not just anti-endogenic. They genuinely believe that everyone who doesn’t 100% agree with them are faking or enabling faking.

It’s more accurate to say they’re system medicalists (“sysmeds”) because they aim to pathologize (medicalize) plurality as a whole and leave out everyone who doesn’t have a dissociative disorder (and even some who do). Yes they are anti-endo but they're also anti-DID if it fits their narrative.
