Day 30 02/21/2020

It is the last day for my blog. I still can remember the first day of this blog, I was talking about the China new virus, nowadays this virus is under the control and a lot of patients have improved. I still miss Kobe, but I am better than that he dead. Everything become better and better

The start of the 2020, the world want to tell us need to cherish the present people. May be he will leave in the next day. We should put our focus on the spiritually, not financially. I still can not believe I can writing over 10000 in 30 days, i am a kind of person who like giving up in a half way, but i did it, of course I get a lof of advamtages. Writing blogs makes my writing skills become better, I want to keep going and writing more blogs in the future.

30 days is short day for us in our life, but when I read back my blogs, I just find a lot of things happen to, but I just forget. This experience of writing blogs will be a speical memory in my university life.

Day 29 02/20/2020

I watched Lee Roland’s video named ‘Free Can Be Messy, but We Need It’, Roland talks about there have a law which can protect the freedom of speech. She thinks it is good because this can make more people give their ideas or make some people close their mouth. Roland also talking about the power of the free speech. It can cheer somebody up or destroy some one very easy. On the one hand Roland is very support the freedom of speech which is the encouraging remarks, on the other hand Roland is not support the freedom of speech which is the negative statement.

“Free Speech as a concept, its power is in its indivisibility”. Like Roland says the power of free speech is indivisibly. She want us to know the power of free speech, it is more powerful than our think. Whether the free speech is negative or positive, they always have the different effect for people.

I really agree Roland’s speech. The free speech can be the best thing for people who want to say the truth thing for us, but it also is a knife which can destroy the people’s mental health. We should have more laws about the free speech, this can make the free speech maximizing the motivation of our human and make progress in human civilization.

Day 28 02/19/2020

Publicly, We Say #MeToo. Privately, We Have Misgivings” is written by Daphne Merkin. Merkin is very disappointment for the people who charge others with no reason. Merkin thinks some of them are wronged. Merkin also talks about the harass for women and says the women can not to be the harassed person, if women get some harass, that will be the women’s fault.

“Grow up, this is real life.” I really like this quote. When we grow up we should to face the problems in our lives by ourselves. Merkin wants to tell women don’t need to complain this world because they are adult and the adult’s life is really different between the children’s life. It is very obscure.

This is a kind of new viewpoint for the harass. I disagree with this kind of view point, we can not say the girls harassed by the people because of those are the girls’ problem. This is the harasser’s problem, they can not control themselves to do the bad things. We can not all of the wrong to the girls, we should to focus on those harasser’s mind. To figure out why they want to do those things. I just want more and more girls to stand up and fight with those bad things.

In our lives there are many things to prevent us from moving forward, there are much negative things that can affect us and make us run away from our dream, so many people increasingly depressed and accomplish nothing. In China, major always match the money. There are a lot of students can’t find their favorite majors because they can't find any jobs in those majors when they graduate. I had the same problems when I chose my major. I met a lot of problems for this major. This phrase, “Go your own way, no matter what others say about it." This sentence can be my favorite one, when I want to choose design to my major because my family don’t understand me.

When I was a high school student, I always brought some magazines about shoes, fashion shows and cars. I always chose some fashionable pictures to draw and put my ideas in those drawing. I also showed those drawing to my parents and my classmate. I just found design can be the whole life for me. I want to tell people what I think and what I want through my design, but I was afraid to tell my family because they didn’t know much about this major because they don’t have any friends who work for design company. Also, there is a big problem in front of me called the Gaokao. My parents just wanted me to get a nice grade for that test, then I can have the freedom to talk what I want. I talk with them too much when I go back home. Finally they agree with me to go aboard.

Nowadays when I talking about this things with my father, he says I always think you are a child and want you stay with us, but when you gave your decision at that day, I just found you grow up and start from boy to a real man, so I just supported your decision at that time. Because of this your mother argue with in many times after you went abroad, but when you started to tell us some good news like your works were show in school and you always got high score in your college, your mother became. She always talked with the other people her son is good. I cried when I listened those things.

Everyday when we wake up the first thing we need to do is open the phone and check social media. We can live one day without the food, but we can not live without our phone. Social media can be the biggest social contact in this world, but there are a lot of problems when we use social media. Even the children using social media can make them know more about the world and improve their social skills, but there are huge negative things in the social media, so from my point of view the parents should control their children when the children use social media.

Social media makes the children precocious. “The children of this age their psychological age is older than the other generation from early times”(The Nan jin Newspaper). The Internet makes the people closer than before, so there is more news than before. There are a lot of love and romantic stories. This makes the children always have love dreams and make the children find their boy or girl friends earlier than before. There are also many entertainment stars to show their love stories in social media and those entertainment stars are famous in the children’s hearts. So those little fans always study their idols’ action, they make up and steal their parents’ clothes to wear, they want to be an adult and have the same life as the adult. They will loss the funny things when they are children. Those make the children’s psychological older than the past generation.

The parents should control their children when they use social media. There are a lot of disadvantages when when the children use the social media. Nowadays children have much time to use the Internet, so they will see some badly, sexy and bloody things in the social media and those things are bad for the children’s mental health. The social media is not a safe place and there are a lot of dangerous things happen around us because the social media and those will cause the children harm to both the mind and the body. The social media also can make the children psychologically older than the past generation and make the children early loss of the fun of childhood and make the children go into the adults’ world early. The social media can teach children a lot of things and make them have some communication skills, but the disadvantages of social media outweigh the benefits of social media. So the parents should monitor their children’s use of social media.

Today I read a reading named ‘The Camera Mind And Eye’ is written by Minor White. Minor White is a famous photographer and born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His work always show the natural landscapes like rock structure, flowing water, etc. He always put his own emotions in those natural phenomena. In the process of shooting, White will show his feelings about the things around him with a rigorous attitude of creation. In White's works, scenes are often simplified into symbolic forms to express the symbolic meaning of his thoughts. White’s theory is when the photographer before shooting, they should make their heart sensitive, this can make those photographers’ heart full of illusions and have a kind of near fantasy felling, then those photographers will make their photos show emotion, visual conflict and rational thinking.

In this reading Minor White is talking about the when some photographers want to take some photos, there always have a’ blank’ in those photographers’ ideas. Minor White said the blank state is not a wrong thing. It can provide a sensitive feeling for the photographer when he takes photos. Minor White also explain why those photographers have those problems because the photographers choose something to take photos is seem like an artist to draw something in a empty paper. At this time the photographers need to put themselves in the world which is they watched and make themselves have the connect with the things they want to take a photo. When photographer have the deep understand of the thing they will take a nice photo. Of course this ‘blank’ feeling need the photographer make their heart have sensitive. This can make the photographers’ have the opening ideas and understands the thing they are watching. Also the photographers can use the camera as a medium, through the camera to enter into this ideal state. Camera also is the best machine to remember your experience and save these precious memories.

I am really agree with the Minor White’s idea. When I have a difficult assignment need to finish. Sometime if you want to solve a problem, but you always think a way to solve it, you will not have a good way to solve this problem. So I always want to take a drink to my balcony watch the distant landscape or the walker who pass by my apartment because this can take me out the thing what I am thinking in my brain,  this can make my brain empty and relax. It's very strange because I always can have a new design idea come out after like 40 minutes. Nowadays I know why my brain is blank, but I still get new ideas. It is a kind of blank state for me like Minor White says. Also after read Minor White writing, I also realize the ‘blank’ state is a very important things for our designer because when we want to design something, this design work is also like a empty picture for photographers. We should always make us have a sensitive state and put ourselves in the thing which we are designing, this can make us have the same feeling of our design works and make our design works better.

My friends really like coming to my apartment and eating the dinner with me. They think I am very friendly, my apartment is very warm and I have many ideas for games, but the most important thing is my cooking is great they love everything I cook. They always want to steal my cooking skills and I always tell them just practice a lot, then they can cook as well as me.

I really miss the food from my country. It was almost five years ago. Many people know in China we have different styles in different areas. There are a lot of Szechwan style restaurants in Minnesota. Those are real Chinese restaurants, but I don’t like those restaurants because I live in Nanjing, which is the city that doesn’t like eating spicy food.

I did a bad dish with my first cooking, but I learned a lot from it. Nowadays my cooking skill is very good because failure is the mother of success , but I still sometimes miss my hometown and my family now, this makes me have a bad mood and a bad condition. When I meet those situation I always cook the homemade food by myself and sit down eat the food very slowly. During the cooking time, I can always adjust self-status and make myself become better.

In the future, I will just tell my A.I robot, “you need to finish my essay,” because I don’t want to do the homework and it just listened to me and finished all of my homework. I never do my homework and my home clean. I am becoming a lazy person and do not want to do everything. I will become a useless person lives in this world. So with the development of science and technology, the A.I is becoming more intelligence, but more people are falling into a panic on the Artificial Intelligence. Like I say the A.I technology makes our life better and better, but it also can give us some bad effect.  

Artificial Intelligence can make us go into the golden age,  but it also can replace our jobs. Like Neil Harbisson, a British artist and cyborg activist. Born with color blindness, he has had an antenna implanted in his skull that allows him to extend his perception of color beyond the visual spectrum, says the A.I technology can make us know more about the world. We are in a golden age, we can use the A.I technology to control our body. Like someone who get cancer need to change their body, we can use A.I technology to make new body to this person or give this person a new body. We also can change us into a new kind of human. We can use A.I technology to change our brain and make us cleverer than before. We are live from an A.I age, we can not live without the A.I technology, but we also need to know everything can be a double-edged sword even the things are good, So the A.I also can replace our human’s jobs. The A.I robot replace the people’s job can be a trend in the future. We need to use the A.I in the right place and make the A.I technology change our life to become better and better. Like Garry Kasparov, the chairman of the Human Rights Foundation and a former world chess champion, is the author of the forthcoming book, “Deep Thinking”,  says the A.I will replace our job in the future.

A.I technology can help us have a good choices, makes our life more safety and it takes us go into a golden age. It can give us a new world and give us an amazing future. None of us do not need to do our work and just give an instruction, the robot just followed our instruction and done everything we want them to do, but A.I also can give us some disadvantages and the A.I will replace the old and new jobs because they are cheap and fast, Even the good A.I technology also can make us go to a wrong  and dangerous place. We should use A.I technology in a right way and an useful way.

I want to do a collection for my favourite shoes, I just search the Kobe Prelude Pack. There are 8 pair of shoes which from Kobe 1 -Kobe 8. It released in December of 2013. It almost seven years ago, but the sense of design is still very amazing. Actually, I am a big fan of sneakers. I always buy the sneaker magazines to see those fantastic shoes when I was a high school student. At that time, I fell in love with design major.

Kobe Prelude Pack include all of the Kobe shoes expect Kobe 9. The seventh which named Kobe 7 and eighth which named Kobe 8 is my favorite two. Because Kobe 7 is the first Kobe which I bought in my life and the Kobe 8 is the most comfortable basketball shoes which I wear. Both two shoes are use zoom air and lunar technology, those technology can reduce the pressure when the basketball players step the foot on the ground. This can reduce knee wear on players and helps the plays can run more comfortable. The high strength fibers make up the instep, It not only increases the air permeability of the upper and also makes the whole pair of shoes more light. Nike Flyknit Flywire is Secure the player’s feet with nylon ropes to provide strong support.

I just to want to put those shoes in my 30-day blog, it is another way for me to anniversary Kobe Bryant.

Day 21 02/12/2020

When I was young, I always hope I can grow up very fast, I really want to have an experience to become an adult. I don’t need to go to the school everyday, I don’t need to finish my huge homework and I can go to the party. I can do everything I want and don’t need to ask my parents. That is a yearning life for me, but when I grow up and become a 23-year-old man. The adult is not same as what I though 15 years ago, the adult have more pressure. Nowadays I know a lot about the meaning of grow up. The grow up means our body, mind and the things that are closely related to ourselves.

The sex also can be the important thing when we grow up. I just saw a research is talking about the sex can take the coupe more happiness. They just choose two couples and allow one of them can have sex at the night, the other one they can not do the sex at night. After one month, the researcher found the first couple which have sex they have a very nice daily life even they have some quarrels , the other couple which don’t have sex at night, they have a very normal daily life, they have quarrels, even they can solve and become together, but their life seem like don’t have any passion. We know the married life don’t have any passion, the wife and husband do not have the passion, most of them will broke in the future. Like I say we need to have the sex in our life.

Sexing can be very a very important thing in this world. It let all species reproduce and stay in this world for a long time. Sexing can make the couples’ relationship deeper and deeper. The sex can solve some problems in their daily life, make their life have some passion and make the relationship go a long way. The sex also can make you grow up, like I say the learning of the sex is a kind of grow up in our life. We need to make the sex education widely and make every people know more about the sex. Please do not use a secular eye to look at the sex.

Nowadays the stress can be the biggest psychological problems in our life, the all of the things in your life will make you feel stressed and the stress of each day are totally different. Most of the stress is bad for people’s health. The stress make us become angry very easy and do something out of control, but a few of the stress are good for us, it can stimulate us. Only when we learning how to make stress less, then we will be able to face ourselves well in our daily life.

Also having a stress is not a totally bad things for us we still can get some advantages from the stress. The stress can become the energy to excitation our goal. Sometimes a little bit of the stress is good for us. If we do not have the stress, we will finish the works very slowly and do not have a very strong psychology. I always give myself a little bit stress because when I have some stress I always finish my works very well and quickly.

 So we need to study how to reduce the stress in our lives. We need to have a plan when we do something, be relax when we have some stress and prepare ourselves. Also, the stress is not a totally bad thing, it also can give us a strong psychology to solve the problems and gives us energy to achieve our goals. So use our stress in a right way can be an important thing for us.

Day 19 02/10/2020

Color makes our world beautiful, color also can give us different feelings. We know those color because we have special cells in our eyes named cones. When the light hits something, this thing will absorbs the light and return the other color of light.  The different wavelengths are return or absorbs depends on the different things. When we see the things the wavelengths of reflected light can consider which color we see. When the light come into our eyes and the cones will come in. Cones are a kind of photoreceptor, the little things can respond the light. There are 6 to 7 million cones in a normal people’s eyes, and most of them are stay on a 0.3 millimeter dot on the retina called the fovea centralis. When light from the things hit the cones, it will give some stimulate to the cones. The result of the light feeling will tell our brain which is the color we seeing.

The colorful window display can make more people to the things in the store. The luxury brand done those window display very well, so the luxury brand always spend so much money on those shows. From my point of view this summer, BURBERRY done this thing pretty good. They changed their tradition logo which is from 1901. The new logo are more fashionable and more simple, but the biggest change is their outsider display wall, this display wall are more warmed than before and more colorful than before. I don’t have any BURBERRY single product because I always think their style are old. At least it is not match young people’s style. 

Last year I went to the Mall of America, I found the BURBERRY change all of the things, the window display are really matching the young and the window display are making me feel warm. The orange and yellow lines catch my eyes, the white B are telling I am the luxury brand BURBERRY. This seems like an old person change all of the style stand in front of you, at this time you want to know more about him. Nowadays I still don’t have something from BURBERRY, but I want to see their product and cost the money in the BURBERRY store.

Day 18  02/09/2020 (snowday)

Freedom of speech is an important power for us, we can talk about everything we want, but we should to know the law give us the power of freedom is not give us the reason to use this power to attack the other’s mind. In “Who’s Afraid of Speech”. Thomas Healy says ‘All counter-speech has a potential chilling effect”. In the video named “Free Can Be Messy, but We Need It”. Lee Rowland says ‘Free Speech as A Concept, Its Power is In Its Indivisibility’. Healy and Rowland say the negative speech always have the bad effect for people. Of course, the freedom of speech also has the good effect for people and give people confidence and other good effect.

From my point of view freedom of speech can be the best thing for people who want to say the truth for us, but it also is a knife which can destroy the people’s mental health. We should have more laws about the freedom of speech. This can make the free speech maximizing the motivation of our human and make progress in human civilization. The Chinese government should have a law for the social media. The social media should have an authenticator when the people want to have account from those social media they should put their ID in it. The government should have a part of internet police when those police find someone out of the law of freedom of speech. The internet can through their account to find their real name and give some warning for them.

The freedom of speech is the fundamental right for our people, we can speak whatever we want and give the different ideas with others. We should use this kind of right in a right place. Healy and Rowland talk about how the freedom of speech can destroy the other people’s heart, confidence and mentality, but two of them are really want to push the freedom of speech in a right way because they know the people can get a lot of advantage from the freedom of speech.

Day 17 02/08/2020

I am not a good designer because I don’t really like to visit the museum. I just think If I watch the other people’s drawing, it will limit my creative. So I just like to watch some fashionable shows at my relax time. This was my first time to go to the museum in the United State.

I just go to the museum named at today morning. I was a little bit afraid of the museum, but when I come in, I just find I am so fool. Those artworks are amazing, how can they limit my creative, they just can make my creative becomes better and better. This museum are really near our university, so I just give an adviser to myself which is I should go there every month.

I really like Sadie Benning American whose is from Mary, Mersky and Mcnally. It used the gray for the background, gray background caught my eyes when I watched some drawing works. It also used some red lines in this picture. The red are more bright when the background is gray. This red has a meaning of attention. There are also have some blue, orange, yellow, white, black, deep red and deep blue dots in this pictures.  The yellow and blue dots are contrasted color. The whole picture are cool color. It also has some cool color pictures in this drawing work. This gave me a feeling of sad.  

My favorite one form that museum named Marsden Hartley Tollan, the drawer is Aztec Legend. This drawing uses a huge warm color, today is a cool day, but when I saw this picture I just feel very warm, it sends out the heat. The mean character in this drawing used the white color and it’s look like an elephant. There is an arrow stand in the elephant’s noise. In China, the white color means bad things or dangerous, so I just think this elephant are a bad things, it uses the fire to kill the people in the villages, so some heroes want to use the arrows to kill and make the world peace. The mountain is blue and sky is red and yellow. Those three color are tricolor.

Nowadays I really like to go the museum and find some inspiration for my design.

Day 16 02/07/2020

I was so glad that I met a lot of good teachers in my education experience. They taught me a lot of useful knowledge and how to conduct myself, but I still met few incompetent teachers, who made me dislike study and get low score in the test. I met an irresponsible teacher in the past, but the lucky thing I have strong heart. She is my English teacher in middle school.

My English was very good and got full score when I go for her class. She also is headmaster in classroom. In China, we just stay in the same classroom and teachers of different discipline come to the class and teacher. So she is the head of those teachers, she needs to control the students int her class. She always taunt the students who get a low score and call the students’ family to come the school. Her actions make me dislike her and this made my English test score become low and low. One day she gets some information from me and know my parents are kind of rich. She starts to call my mom and say my low score and she wants me to join the after school club which is she made(A lot of Chines teachers like to make this club because they can get a lot of money from it.), but my parents find another English teacher and wend me to there. When my English teacher knows those things, she starts to taunt me in the class and ask the other students shouldn’t play with me. She also says I can‘t join a good high school because of my English score, she really knows how to destroy a student’s confidence, but she can’t destroy mine.

Hopefully my parents know those things and help me changes the class. I get a high score in the final test and join the best high school in the city. Everything that wants to beat me just make me stronger.

Kobe Bryant is the person who effect me to choose the design major, but Nigo is my favorite fashion designer in the world. Nigo comes from Japan, he is a Japanese fashion designer, DJ, record producer and entrepreneur best known as the creator of the urban clothing line A Bathing Ape (Bape). 12 years ago, the fashionable brand do not have too much and some luxury brand do not join the fashion area. At that time, A Bathing Ape is as popular as Yeezy, Off White, Fear of God, etc. That is the time for Nigo, not for Kanye, Virgil.

Nigo was left A Bathing Ape in 2013, A bathing Ape mainly camouflage style, it also collaborates with other brands and features characters from popular media. Nowadays a lot of fashionable designers have some effect form A Bathing Ape. Nowadays A Bathing Ape is not popular now, they lost an important person and there are a lot of fashionable brand come out. Also many luxury brand start to join this area and have joint name with some famous street fashion, the most famous joint name is Supreme with LV, Dior with Kaws, LV with Off White, those famous joint name not only make those brand become famous it also show us what is the fashion things now. For me it means everything can joint name now like the IKEA with Off White. May be in the future we can see the LV with FBI have some join name work.

I still can remember my friend said the fashion can be a circle, there are some design style was popular one hundred years ago, but nowadays still very popular. If we want to be a famous designer we should not catch the fashion thing, we should amek fashion thing and let the fashion follow us.

Day 13  02/04/2020

It was a long time I do not watch some League of Legends E-sports competitions because the Chinese Virus. The government prohibited the company hold major events, so the E-sports competitions also stopped. There have other countries’s E-sports competition hold nowadays, but I do not like those because the Chinese division is the strongest division. It took us eight year to become the best division.

The League of Legends of Chinese division named LPL was built in 2013, we have two teams go the S game, but we do not get any awards. We just think it is the first year for us, but we do not know this is the best grade for us until S8 season and S9 season. 6 years cab take a boy become a man, a lot of people start disappointed our Chinese team, if a player made a mistake in one game, many people start to cynicism that player, many talented player can not endure the pain and give up his career path. The most famous example is a player named GodV, he was the strongest middle lane play for this game, but just a little mistake he was scold for a long time, after that he was give up his career and play another game. Everything are very bad at S6 and S7 season, the Korean team who has always dominated the game. The number of players in League of Legends is decreasing, we need a savior to save our fans of Chinese division. 

Every thing start at S8 season , in that year the team from Chinese division named RNG get all of the champion before the S game in that year, we think we get a savior. All of us think RNG will get a S game championship for us. We also get another good on of the strong team named SKT was loss and have no chance to join the Game. SKT have the god of the game named Faker, this is gay has the same dominant as Micheal Jordan in basketball. We just dreaming of the RNG winning the championship, but RNG was loss when they fight with an Europe team name G2. When we start to delete this game, another Chinese team named IG was break through the siege and get the final championship. At that time the whole Chinese E-sports circle was super happy. No one know how long have we waited for this champion. Finally we have our own skin of Chinese division. We never envy others country. Last year S9 season, another Chinese team names FPX continue get the S game Champion. We become a strong division now.

6 years ago we are the weakest division and nowadays. We become the strong division. Thanks to the all of the players’ strive.
