Day 10: today was hard. I knew it would be when I woke up, only to eat cereal then sleep for 4 hours. I almost baked cookies but i had no baking soda and that sent me straight to bed. I didnt do anything. And this man was so sweet to understand and wanting to find ways to help improve my mental health. I told him I was tired but not sleepy. I told him I couldn't bring myself to do anything. He asked if it was because I came here; I told him no. I'm the happiest I've been in a long time...today is just a really hard day. He made me anything I wanted, let me lay in bed and play KH3 and rubbed my feet. I'd like to introduce you to my meme (my grandmother) Elizabeth Ruth Mangham she goes by Liz. She is currently 77, these were taken back about 20 something years ago. My meme, she isn't all there anymore, smokes like a freight train and doesn't take good care of herself. But I wanted to introduce you to the meme I grew up with, the meme I remember. You can call her meme because everyone does. Meme was an RN for a school for those with special needs (where she adopted my Aunt Mary and with my meme she lived 20 years past expectancy) Before that, she was a beautician and even into her 60s did some of the best hair in Argyle. She was creative and silly and loved going out. She's not her best these days beut she's still the greatest meme I could ask for. She helped raise me and is so proud of who I've become(even if she hates that I dye my hair and pierced my belly button) I love her, so much. So, I wanted to introduce you all to my meme. When your brain won’t stop...

Anyone else have a brain that just goes and goes and goes? Goes when you’re happy, sad, angry or just not doing anything? My brain does a lot. Sometimes, it just gets going and builds steam and i find myself furious by the end of it because my mind has gone from one thought to another and here I am now thinking of something stupid that made me angry 2 years ago. Anyone else feel this?
