Good friends are hard to find and I'm so blessed I found one. She hears the little things and licks up on them, like how when we were in new York and I told her I always wanted, but never had, a dollhouse when i was little. And then she gave me this for Christmas , a hand made dollhouse that she worked on endlessly. A little late but worth the wait. I love you @kimberlyjy, I'm excited for our dreams and I am so glad to have you in my life<3

All this Meg&Dia stuff made me reminisce. Myself, Meg and Dia at a show in 2009. It was the first time I met them! Myself and my friend went upstairs to check out the view of the stage from up there. Another band was playing so we wanted to get a good spot before Meg&Dia went on. While walking back a girl steps out ofthe bathroom and walks between us. After a second we realized it was Dia and we went to say hi=). It was definitely one of the most awesome highlights of my life. We got to meet the whole band after their set, which was great=).

So, i've been listening to Meg and Dia since about grade 9, i'm now in my second year of university and I can truly say that they're the band I've fallen the  most in love with. Having met with them three times and actually finding that they are as genuine as they appear solidified my love for them. When i found out that dia was on the voice, i thought i'd be glued to the television, i wasn't. I watched her performances online and kinda felt that even though it was good that people were able to hear how great she was, i never thought i'd see meg and dia as a one women show. When she won runner up, i knew that a solo album was due. I really do love this song, and this video. But it does make me sad that the band members make cameos instead of it just being The Meg & Dia band. It was nice though to see her other younger sisters=). I just hope that they don't turn MEG&DIA into simply Dia Frampton, meaning that the others fall to the shadows. I also realize now that i'm most likely never going to meet them again. I really do have mixed emotions about this all:(. In the end though, I"m happy for Dia and I love that talent like this isn't going unrecognized.  ---------------------------------------------------- Edit of two minutes later:

As of 2011, they've been signed to Universal Republic as "Dia Frampton". Ok, so its basically just a name change....but its not even like "Dia Frampton and (insert sub-band name here)" its just her, which means we won't really hear about anyone else! sadsies:(. This Is All Kinds Of Wrong of the Day: Security camera footage of a little girl being run over twice near a hardware market in Foshan, China, made the rounds this past weekend on Chinese social networks. Not for the horrific injuries sustained by the child, but for the horrific callousness of over a dozen passers-by who ignored the toddler and left her for dead.

Identified as Yueyue, the two-year-old was initially declared brain dead, but according to her mother, the situation has improved over the past 24 hours, and she is now stable, and has even regained some sensation in her extremities. Yueyue remains in intensive care at the General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command.

The indifference of 18 individuals who walked by Yueyue without calling for help has generated immense outcry both in China and around the world.

“What’s up with people these days? They make so many excuses to turn a blind eye,” Yueyue’s father told the Telegraph. “The society is so indifferent, so heartless.”

The driver of the first vehicle to run over the child has been caught, according to local reports. He claims he was on the phone with his girlfriend, with whom he had just broken up, and didn’t notice Yueyue.

The Guardian says many blamed the lack of Good Samaritan laws — which protect pedestrians who assist in emergencies — for the lack of empathy.

This is wrong. Now I know the worlds fucked. I can't even breath. That poor girl. And SHE WAS STILL ALIVE, she was moving and crying and people just walked around her. What the honest fuck. Fuck these people. No hearts. I would've grabbed her up if i didn't have a phone, at least took her to safety. The amount of people that walked by, FUCK. I can't. I'm so pissed. IT'S A LIFE.
