With all of the happenings, shenanigans, and goings on over the last... well, several years... we can no longer afford to keep our website up. Since our involvement with the Sims has been steadily fading to ghost levels, we've made the decision to go ahead and shut down all our sites.

Because of this, links here and elsewhere for downloads directly connected to our domain will stop working by THE END OF APRIL.

Guess what I got permission to share! It’s my conversion of @pepperoni-puffin‘s amazing Glamper Set! It’s not technically everything a Simmer needs to create their own adorable food trucks, but it’s a good start.

The set (roof pieces, wall pieces, and matching walls) comes in the original three colors. Plus I’m including all the recolors I made for the §1 Grilled Cheese Cart! It’s everything your Sims need to start their own franchise! (Industrial cheese blocks not included.)

A collection file is included though, so drop that into your Collections folder. (It’s a picture of a grilled cheese sandwich.)

(Pepperoni-puffin’s wheel meshes are not included because I already had the wheels from MustLuvCatz’s Mini Home Kit in my game. Grab those instead, unless you want to stick with the AL wheels.)

Reasons Why Sims Society is Better than Ours

1. Sex is ALWAYS consensual. You can not WooHoo with anyone if they are not 100% into it too. 

2.You can love WHOEVER you want, same sex, opposite sex, aliens, robots, werewolves, ghosts, politicians with no judgement from your neighbors. 

3. Men and Women get paid the SAME amount for the same damn job. Equal fucking rights. 

4. Free health care.

5. It takes less than a minute for police and firefighters to reach any house once dispatched. 

6. If  child is being neglected or abused, a social worker automatically finds out and takes the child away from an unhealthy environment. 

7. Adopting a child is free, easy, and known abusers of children can’t adopt. 98% of Sim orphans find a loving home before they reach their teen years. 

8. Racism is just not a thing. 

9. Universities have free tuition; the only cost is how much it is to live on campus.

Still act they way that they do, be in an open world but in neighborhoods, have a goddamn colorwheel, ability to scale and not be trapped in a time vortex. ALL IN THE BASE GAME. If 5 not gonna do that, hard pass.

TS2 Tutorial - Making a Servo looking human!

We love Servos! why not making some of them looking human?? Its super easy! and the tutorial is simple.

You’re Gonna Need 3 stuff:

The “Non-Deadly” Robot Crafting Station from ‘Craftin’ It!’ Industries (In game found in hobbies)

The Sim Blender

“Shop-at-home” Hacked Coat Hook

1) First have a sim have the robotic badge and make one servo in the machine.

2) Place the servo on the ground.

3) Enable it and select the gender. In this tutorial i choose female.

4) Select The Sim Blender.

5) Select aging and make the servo teen.

6) Right next, select aging into adult.

7) Select the appearance in Sim Blender. And right away the makeover.

8) And select plastic surgery.

9) Change the face of your servo and select ok.

10) Go back, select again appearance and now select the change appearance.

11) Choose the hairstyle, colour, eyebrows, makeup and accessories and choose ok.

12) Then go in the “Shop-at-home” Hacked Coat Hook and choose: Get for free.

13) Choose uniform and select ok. Select plan outfit and choose the clothes you want.

And the human looking server is ready!

THIS, I've never loved this game more. Honestly

Honestly? The Sims 2 in 2020 has everything you could ask for in a PC game and with the new UI being released, it really just brings it all together. The only other thing I’d wish for is an open world, which I learned as of recently is a possibility, but would take years to remaster. I can only hope someone takes on the challenge. Aside from that, TS2 Community has proved time and time again that the age of a game is irrelevant if there are players who keep passion in their hearts for it. I want to take a few minutes to thank the Creators in this community who sustain an undying love for the craft of Modding/Custom Content Creation because without them, I’m convinced The Sims 2 wouldn’t have aged as gracefully as it has.

-Thank you, @greatcheesecakepersona for putting so much time, effort and energy into The Clean UI. It’s apparent how passionate you are as a person and as a Simmer and I speak for all Simmers when I say you are considered a gem to this community! I also want to thank a few other Content Creators for their work shared with and for this community, making our games more beautiful than I ever could’ve imagined.

Thank you, @criquette-was-here for your efforts to give us beautiful neighborhood decorations, defaults, being responsive to questions from the community and overall just sharing your wonderful work with us. Without you, decorating in TS2 wouldn’t be as enjoyable.

This barely scratches the surface of the many talented content creators in this community and it would take me all day to name them all (which is actually incredible in retrospect)... With all of this being said, I have to speak for all Simmers when I say that without your contributions, time, energy and shared knowledge, not only would The Sims 2 not be nearly as enjoyable, but there wouldn’t be as many Simmers still playing a game released in 2004 in the year or 2020. And I mean it whole heartedly when I say this. So, once again...

GUNMOD’S RADIANCE LIGHTING SYSTEM 2.5: Now with 100% less blue nights!

NOTICE: THIS MOD IS FOR THE SIMS 2! Do not even try to installl this in your TS4 game.

After lots of fiddling around, I finally got to achieve my TS2 modding dream: to update the Radiance Lighting System to get rid of the annoying blue cast that plagued Sims games since time immemorial.

Happy 20th Sims Family

I was 12 years old when i came home from school to find my cousin hunched over his keyboard, mouse in hand. He told me "Check this out" and slid me the mouse. I clicked and started a meal only to have a fire start. This was my first encounter with the game that i would hold so dear to my heart. I've played every rendition i could get my hands on. To this day i have not found a game that sparks as much creativity, freedom and general peace as this game. Especially sims 2 which is why I play til this day.

If this is true, it looks like some of us are doomed to never buy a new sims game ever again.... not playing with anyone unless they're sitting right next to me haha. Definitely not going to be forced to. We'll just have to wait and see though....

But, remaster the sims 2 and just add basements and lots that don't have to be multiples of 10 squares??

Controversial opinion maybe, but I don't even care about the color wheel anymore. I'd rather download a few recolors rather than have ts3 lag. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In sims 2: castaway stories you can swim in pounds. This is cool, and i dont understand, why this feature we never seen in original ts2, given that fact, that ts 2 cs and ts2 - this is ONE game with some not similar details (for example, we never can buy tv, but if we add some tv in folder DOWNLOAD, we can watch tv or if we can extract some objects from CS and add in  ts2`s download folder, we can use it with correct gui and animation). So, if you now folder and script that responds about landscapes, or you can suggest some about that, please, say me - i try do something) This is can be easy, cause this is ONE game). Thank you.

Before Pleasantview, there was Sunset Valley. Founded by the Goth family, and built up by the Landgraabs to be a quiet, peaceful town. But when the Altos arrive with uptown ideals, will the townsfolk feel the need to choose sides?

 Sunset Valley: A 3T2 Neighborhood Recreation

Here it is (✨conveniently for my 1,000th post yay✨) my 3T2 recreation of Sunset Valley, the base game neighborhood from The Sims 3. It is a fully populated CC FREE neighborhood (on this wonderful terrain by Voleste) featuring the lots and Sims you know and love (or don’t) from the Sims 3. It was made with all EPs and SPs and checked with Hoodchecker. I’ve been working on this for about 5 months now and I’m so very excited to finally share it. I’ll try to keep it brief and bore you with all the long details below the cut. (Warning: it gets quite long)
