Fandom-elder tip: avoid people who refuse to acknowledge reality. I'm all for headcanons, shipping, OCs, fanfiction, etc. but if they can't even admit that canon exist that's a huge red flag.

I've been chatting with @beyond-far-horizons about how Kaiba would fit into the current tech bro landscape, and I just love the idea that he'd ignore all of them and these losers would just see it as a sign of his incredible genius, including a certain richest-man-alive who can't figure out that Kaiba's social media accounts are run by KaibaCorp's PR department.

I've been thinking about this and how people get upset over getting comments from bots, especially on FF.net which is riddled with "let me draw your fanfic" spam. But like, if you didn't put work into your "art", why expect people to put in the work to comment?? Slop in, slop out. "AI for me, but not for thee" haha suuure sweetie.

i literally dont care what your excuse for using AI is. if you didnt put your own effort into making it im not putting my own effort into interacting with it.

do you like any other seto kaiba ships .?

To be fully honest, I'm more of a fan of Anzu than I am of Seto 🤣 So I've thought more about Anzu-ships than Seto-ships.

But I do have a soft spot for Seto and Kisara (is it blueshipping or dragonshipping I can't remember lol). After all they're kind of implied to be soulmates, though it's a shame Kisara didn't get more screen time 😛 That's probably why I prefer art of them more than fics, she's so unexplored in the story that every author writes her wildly different.

Another Lara Croft this time from Tomb Raider TLR! This was one was hard because I had to get a reference photo, which threw off my cartoonification game, and I still don't know what I want her face to look like. But baby steps 👣

Boosted by the fact that my little azureshipping fic on ao3 got a whole 18 kudos and one very nice comment, I am happy to announce I will be turning that fic into a short series of one shots:

It will be a little collection of short stories that follows Seto and Anzu (Téa) from their school days to early adulthood. I'm not a great writer but I've been shipping this for 20 years so I feel like I need to finally put something down on paper.
