feeling pleasantly full from ramen i had. switched to top ramen instead of usual. bit bland but i could grow to like it. feeling a little sleepy but maybe ill hold on until 10, when my results come out. maybe not though. three hours is a long time, could take a nap. yeah im gonna nap. so sleepy. sooo sleepy. im naturally feeling sleepy at 6am every day and waking at 3pm ish. feeling good so far but will have to change the pattern slowly. im gonna have a nice cool glass of water, pee just in case then come to bed. wake up for results and go to the park to read my toni morrison book in the evening, the sweet hour or two between scorching sun and dusk.
