The photo I’m reflecting on was taken by Ike Edeani, from Brooklyn, N.Y.. It is the fourth photo in his collection and I’m comparing it to my photo on the right. This collection represents the beauty that is archived, in the darkness of Britains colonization of Nigeria, his home country and ethnical location. Both images depict two different paths one of light and purity, and the other being of shadow and vanity. The elements in both paths, convey the duality in of optimism regardless of what road/path you are traveling.
