I know it probably doesn't mean anything but I find it interesting how in season 4 (and also previous ones but mainly talking about season 4) the characters usually have in their rooms pictures of their s/o or something related to them.

The first example would be El with her Mike shrine.

Suzie has a picture of Dustin

Jonathan has pictures of him and Nancy

Nancy has a poster that was Jonathan's

But this is not the case with Mike, either with his room or his basement there is no such thing.

But what does Mike have? Will's drawings.
