I have no patience

A house was listed today that we love (at least from the pictures). It is a historic home, with some updates, and in our price range. The pictures make it look rather nice, and it has a decent square footage. Unfortunately I can’t get my realtor to answer me back about it… I would much rather have a showing today than meet to discuss what we want in a house. We have kind of went about this backward, as we have yet to meet with our realtor (she is a friend) and have already put an offer on a house. But, with the internet and how fast stuff moves around here, I feel like chatting about our wants/dreams is kind of pointless. I would much rather get looking and get offering… I don’t know how to get much pushier. 

Is it wrong to just schedule our own showing and then tel her about it later if she doesn’t make it happen?
