Byte Cardigan / BGC / 15 Swatches

I’ve been seeing open cardigans everywhere and I needed one in my game! It has 10 plain swatches and 5 striped ones. It was super hard to get it all to work cuz I had to use the knife tool and do weights on the sleeves cuz it goes over the palms. But I think it turned out super stylin! 🧡

Separated Picnic Table & Benches

I think its pretty clear from the sheer number of picnic benches in the game, that Maxis loves them just as much as a new toilet! But they are an item I really struggle to use, however I am inundated with amazing visuals of bench table seating on Pinterest that I can’t replicate with full functionality in the game (I always used ottomans to get the look, but your Sims can’t sit on them & use the table 😒)

Now I got myself some CC skills, it is time to rectify the situation! I have separated the benches from the picnic tables & you can now mix & match to your hearts content. This is all made possible by cloning the booths from the Dine Out GP. So you will need the Dine Out GP for the benches to function properly, but you will only need base game for the tables.

I was in the mood to do something simple so I decided to make this cute swimsuit. It was heavily inspired by a swimsuit by Lazy Oaf hence its name “Lazy Lover”.

Caine Living - An Ultraluxe Set for TS4

This was supposed to be a simple sofa set, but then I made the round coffee table and realised the set had to be more. With the gold/metal accents with marble, this set became very ultraluxe, which is not something I do often. This is also my first ever Television. Still surprised I have never made one before. I really love how it came out an I know I will get a lot of use out of the items. This also would have been uploaded yesterday, but with it being Australia Day here, that wasn’t going to happen. So a happy belated Australia day to those here and abroad.

So, as a round-up for the coming year, I’ve decided to collect all my CC together for the end of the year. I’ve published 195 items this year, 98 accessory and 97 makeup pieces each for the categories~ (yes, I love statistics & yes, I worked off my ass for all of this, but I can’t say that I regret it, it’s the other way around, I am very proud ♥)

It’s a lot more items too, as many items here are actually sets, or have multiple creations inside. But I counted the TSR creations as they were only, IDK the number of all items together tho. Probably muuuuuuuuch higher then too, hehe.

Sleek Kitchen CC Stuff

Fully Base Game Compatible

Here’s my second modern themed CC Pack (Click here for my first)! This one contains new objects which will be sure to spice up any modern Kitchen! In this pack, you can find a in-built stove, sink, as well as brand new counters, stools, chairs + more!

This contains 20 objects total, 1 is a mesh edit of a base game counter to have no backing board. The overall colour scheme for this pack is greyscale.

To find all items easily in Build/Buy Mode, search for [Sleek Kitchen] with the square brackets, and you’ll see all the CC in one place!

Information About Specific Items

The Built-In Stove is actually two separate objects, the special counter part and stove part. This allows you to pick and chose which counter colour & stove colour you wish to use! (You can place the Stove into the custom counter without cheats)

The Island Counter and Hollow Island Counter objects have both end pieces and the main piece (refer to screenshot) however the corners are unchanged, they will look strange if placed.

The Ceiling Fan, as you would expect, spins!

As always, there may be issues, but I have tested the functionality of all objects and from what I can see, works perfectly. If you run into any issues, let me know!
