realistic goals are great, because the motivation to accomplish them is so much easier to find.
wash your face? make your bed? do thirty minutes of work? sit outside? take a walk? talk to a friend? starters are amazing. they’re adjustable and you’re still getting stuff done without pushing your limits. it’s like how levels in video games get harder but only after you’ve passed simpler achievements.
