what does kin mean and why do u kin herbert west,, im am confuse

ok so,,this answer may vary for other folks, but for me? when i say that im kin w/ a character it means that i identify really closely as them and seeing them feels like seeing myself. like when i see a picture of herbert now, my first reaction won’t be “oh, herbert west from the movie reanimator”, it’ll be “oh, that’s me.”

and i kin him bc im also a feral scientist who likes to commit crimes against nature
