Shouto takes a selfie to send to his boyfriend, smiling smugly to himself. He doesn’t notice that it’s blurry, and really only goes to prove Katsuki right more than Shouto.

Katsuki: [21:45 You’re an idiot.

Shouto: [21:46 😊]

Shouto pockets his phone and turns back to the discussion at the table. It isn’t a large group today; most of their friends pulled the very late or very early shifts. It was almost ironic, Shouto thought since he was usually the one to miss these monthly meetups because he was working. This time it was only Kirishima, Uraraka, Midoriya, and himself who met up. Katsuki had the day off, but he already attended last month, and he got very angry when he showed up to more than one event in a six-month period. Shouto was happy to know his boyfriend was getting some alone time, anyway. Katsuki was always extra loving after a night to himself; he wondered if he could convince the man to make pancakes in the morning.
