Dog position seems quite easy, but with the head secured to the ceiling, your hands cannot rest. With time it gets much harder. Nipple clamps added for more fun.

I like this position very much.To hang by wrists in such height, that I am forced to stand on my tiptoes.

Hands must be securely tied, best with some padding, to avoid any damage. Even then the hands get soar, so any advanced key handling may be difficult.

Plus I had to figure out, how to get into this position with hands and ankles tied. I was standing on a tower of books, which made a little stairs, hard to climb up (to attach hands to the hook), but easy to kick off.

Done. This position keeps me holding the balance on my knees, which suffer quite a lot, even with soft bed under. Most enjoyable part are however hands in a position of something like horizontal strappado.
