Personal improvement has to be a vital part of life of every individual. In an ever developing world with high competition, you have to constantly improve your character . All of us have deep subconscious programs in our mind, which occurred in childhood and rule our lives at the moment. So in  order to rewrite our mind hardware and change our life , we have to rewrite them. It may sound difficult, but in reality there are very effective and relatively fast tools which can accomplish this task. To be more clear, they can help us to do it.
Self therapy is a set of approaches used to rewrite your mind for the better life. Our life experiences are coded in our body and form our perception of us and our place in this world. These experiences are coded in the form of memories with emotional charges. This memory content is actually a dynamic property which can be reframed and be used as a resource for positive uplifting of our character.
Subconscious mind reprogramming

The subconscious mind is a piece of mind which is working by default. It contains all of our deep beliefs , memories, life goals and values. It constitutes 95 % of our mind, the rest 5 % is conscious mind which is responsible for logyc and analysis, thoughts. There are many techniques which are used to reprogram the subconscious content , and make it our best friend which helps us in any situation. Visualization, self hypnosis, NLP and much more are instruments for mind reprogramming. But the communication with subconscious mind is actually a “skill” which has to be developed.
Subconscious mind reprogramming - is the powerful tool , which if it is used right can change your life in any way you want. You just need to practise 20 minutes everyday , for it to has a profound effects, yes that is enough.
NLP
NLP states as Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is designed by huge names in psychology , and used as a language and a way of interactions with our subconscious mind. The goals of NLP is to model the experiences and behaviour patterns of people, which are succesful in some life area, and ingrain this model in our own mind, to use them.
Self-hypnosis
Self hypnosis is a state where you can reduce the block between conscious and subconscious mind and make it accesible for readacting. It is like a key, which can open the book of your life and rewerite the needed parts. Hypnotherapy is a set of expereincial techniques used in hypnosis state, for therapeutic purposes. Some may claim that hypnosis should only be inducted by other person, however it is not true, and self hypnosis can be effective on its own.  There are variety of problems which can be addressed by self hynosis.

Get out of Depression
Depression is a state which in 90% occurs as a result of deep psychological trauma. The subconscious mind cannot bear the negative effects anymore and starts to affect all of our life in a dramatic and bad way, stress and anxiety cover all of our daily life and affect our behavior. The person which is in depression loses life interests, develops low self esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety & panic attacks, and lots of other problems. Often the magnitude and importance of Depression cannot be understood by people which didnot face with it, so they may give some inapplicable advice. This state has roots in subconscious and has to be tackled also there. Depersonalization, bipolar disorder, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) even psychosis, can accompany or occur in relation to depression. It is affecting our life as a gruesome background state.
Escaping depression takes place in a complex manner. Sports, self therapy or group therapy, medications all of this can be used as a means of treating this deep problem. 
Anxiety

Anxiety is a dreadful emotion , an alarm signal of our mind and body. Anxiety and fear are often confused, but the main difference is that anxiety may show up in some illogical situations. We do not know the cause, but our body feels dreadful and our behavior starts to mimic it. There can be a generalized anxiety disorder , which is always with you , regardless of where and with whom you are. Nevertheless, there are very powerful self therapy and hypnotherapy tools which can eliminate anxiety in 1 session and forever.
