stars aligned: issue 3???

Hi all! Admin Cat and Jules back again! No, we’re not dead/inactive, and yes, we are still very much in love with shallura.

This note is really quick: We wanted to send out a quick interest post about whether or not people were interested in seeing another issue for stars aligned! We weren’t sure if there was still enough passion out there for another issue, so we thought it better to reach out to test the waters before engaging in another project. 

We also really want to be make this issue application based since we think it’d be fun to try out for this ship and would be a great way to connect creators with each other. At any rate, please reblog and like if you’re invested in another issue (and maybe the last), and we’ll even make the stars align to make an issue 3 happen.

ugh, I know how you feel. I’m on an immuno-suppresant because I have an auto-immune disorder. Get rest, drink lots of fluids (green tea is a good choice), eat (very important), and if anyone has issues with their commissions being late send them to me. Mama Seleene doesn’t take too kindly to arse holes.

I’m on antibiotics (again). Man, this year my immune system is really bad.  

Commissions might take a day longer (sorry dudes D:) I’m just fucked up right now.

There needs to be a different kind of wrestling panel in there as well, but Shiro, I don’t think she wants to call it a day. Not with all that endorphin going on.

Okay, it’s STRANGE. I’m usually a hardcore shipper, but for some reason in Voltron I’m pretty much okay with everyone just being happy and having fun. There’s one exception though ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)  Ever since I imagined these two being badass together, I think Shallura has won a place in my heart… So have some doodles! (It’s also STRANGE to post something here!! University, when will you give me my soul back???)

That fangirl moment...

That fangirl moment when Josh Keaton posts a video of a lightning storm on twitter and mentioned he was washing his car (named it Shiro btw). The thread goes like this:

Josh:  Great view to a lightning filled storm system while washing the car yesterday.

Me:  So, in other words Shiro was washing himself outside for the world to see? Where do I need to come to watch? Should I sit next to Allura?

Josh: The reverse of this is an anthropomorphic Tesla bathing Shiro and I'm dying here, Scoob 

Me:  Regardless the view/ experience would be very stimulating. :P Shall I bring the popcorn?

Filler episode idea

I just need a filler episode where they all go to the altean pool (Allura shows all then how to use it).

- I fully expect a line up with a colorful anime background with everyone in a character appropriate pose in swimsuits.

- Allura in a bikini so we can see once and for all if there are any other beautiful altean marks and where they are

- finding out who are great swimmers and who hates the water (lance would be a great swimmer, maybe something about him having once been on a swim team. And I think pidge or hunk might despise the water, idk why)

- water splash fights with lots of laughing and intense strategizing (Allura and shiro would team up, so would keith and lance, and pidge and hunk. Also possible pairs is lance and hunk and pidge and Keith. Pidge and Keith could be pretty ruthless. Coran would be the judge/ moderator watching it all. Imagine a intense referee)

- maybe more of the dolphin sound effects with lance?

- Keith and lance obviously challenge each other to a race. (I think lance would win)

- Hunk would make tropical drinks for them all to drink pool side

- Allura would wear her hair up in a pony tail

- Keith would wear his hair in a ponytail or man bun. (Please I NEED this)

- All the paladins would wear color coordinated swim trunks. (i.e. Lance: blue, Shiro: black with a purple stripe down each side, Keith: red, etc…)

- a game of chicken fight. Allura on Shiro’s shoulders and Keith on lances shoulders. (Allura and Shiro would win by shear size alone, also maybe Allura cheated a bit by growing a few inches)

- Coran being the fun space uncle he is and playing pranks on the paladins and getting them wet by whatever means necessary (I mean he is deadly with a water gun)

- honestly I just need a filler episode where everyone is having fun and not worrying about dying or saving the universe. Just smiling, laughing, and bonding

HOT! *WARNING: RANT and WHINE ALERT!*

It’s hot...and not just in Topeka (For the record, I don’t live in Topeka. I do live the USA though...specifically, Illinois). Of course our air conditioner decides to be on the fritz today. We’re hoping to have it fixed today, but it needs to be. As of 11 AM CST, it’s 83 degrees F (28 degrees C) with a high of 90 degrees F ( around 32 degrees C).

Among the very long list of medical issues I have, one involves getting really sick from the heat (legs, feet, and ankles swell too...despite how much water I drink). I easily suffer from heat exhaustion and honestly, I’m not in the mood to be in the hospital with a heat stroke. 

While I’m very appreciative of the fact I do have readily access to medical care, because we do in the US. Because we do, we’re among the 10% of rich people in the world and that is how we have first world status. True story. While we complain about having to go (down the street in a lot of cases), there are those who have to travel Hundreds of MILES to get to theirs, but that’s a topic for another time. I’d rather not use it more than I have to. 

 Because of this, creativity is at a low and pretty much doing anything is. Not that I’m the best housekeeper. Seriously, guys. I’m terrible. I need to become rich so I can hire a maid. My mom tells me not to get too upset about it. We have a small child and it’s not going to stay clean. EVER. I mean, DCFS wouldn’t come in (my sister use to work for a private branch and can see the floor...mostly), but it should be cleaner.

This also means that new story I’m working on is on hold until we get it fixed and I get cool. My muse is not happy with this.
