Women Empowerment of Modern Educated women who realised that it is better to remain unmarried rather than undergoing the centuries old practice of donating women ( kanyadaan) in marriage to a stranger relegating full arights to him& his family to treat her as their property on which they have free right to take service of any form& since the date of marriage bride's family forego any say or right on her to intervene( she becomes unpaid servant,cook,Dhobi and sex slave).Thatswhy when modern women defy this and decide to remain unmarried ,is it not the duty and responsibility of the state & central Govts to support their resolve and provide them security and protection from Rapists and Anti social elements by providing sufficient working women's hostels with excellent security and mess arrangements at subsidised rates towards WOMEN EMPOWERMENT of the Indian women forming 50% of Indian electorate

Indian DivorceLaw Disadvantage To Wives,UnlessSuitablyModified/Amended

Despite MCP husbands WolfCries agnst wives,in India even after decades of independence ,Justice not being done to wives seeking freedom even without Alimony either to her,or even her child, from Cruel tyrant husbands.This is because of the following reasons 1)First&Foremost the cruel husband tries to delay the proceeding of the case in the subordinate court using all the possible loopholes in the Law to delay say for 8 years.Finally Divorce granted without Alimony after 8 years.

2) in this 8 years the cruel husband might have got remarried secretly, without any fanfare in a temple to another poor lamb as in India if groom is rich&With good job,parents of eligible brides don't mind even if he is divorced,only thing is ,he won't get dowry.Even if not got remarried ,he gets adjusted with young servant maid cum cook paying her rs10000 to 20000 per month for her services( many divorced husbands are doing ,and irony is none of the neighbours nor our society find fault with them),whereas women mostly( 98%) can't dare/ resort to such daring acts ( God created them soft & law abiding fearing for society around them ,and for parents reputation etc )and awaits for final decree of the highest court upto which this cruel husband goes on APPEALING misusing/ abusing the Right to Appeal made available in the Law for the genuinely aggrieved/ penalised for no real fault of theirs.

3)whereas the cruel husband has not lost anything by this Divorce granted in lower courts after delaying the case proceedings for 8 yrs in subordinate court& say 2 yrs in District court thus one decade over then 2nd &3 Rd appeals in High court& Apex court takes another decade ie 20 yrs,all this as a revenge against the first wife for defying him in filing divorce case just to teach her a lesson( in the husbands language) . whereas husband doesn't loose with the Divorce by first wife but continue enjoying marriage bliss,the only looser being the innocent/ helpless wife who by the time gets final decree from the Apex court it is another decade, ie total 20 yrs for an Indian Hindu wife with child tho not sought any Alimony for her and child( as she herself takes the responsibility of her biological child for fear that husbands second wife naturally( 98% cases except in TV serials) won't take proper care for their upbringing) attains 45 to 50 yrs and at this age of MENOPAUSE she has to settle for a WIDOWER/Divorced man of 50 yrs& above who wants second wife to look after their needs as becoming old or to take care of his children from first wife on her death. 4) That type of marriage to a widower/ divorced with children is suicidal as if " falling from Frying PAN into FIRE and that poor,helpless educated/emplyd wife naturally remain unmarried after winning the Divorce case with Decree after 20 yrs of fight and completely mentally & financially drained(20 yrs legal fight needs min 10 to 15 lakhs,as high court& supreme court expenses in lakhs only tho for 8 yrs in subordnt court may be 3 or 4 lakhs Only6) LESSON LEARNT from the above

It is a welcome change for the judiciary took note of the hardships being caused by the cunny husbands with malicious intentions and trying their level best to address all the concerns of the women.Even the male dominant Indian society should change for better adopting same standards for both men and women .when a married women behaves or moves closely with another man is considered wrong,why the same yardstick not adopted for men?In the latest Hindi popular TV serial ANUPAMA,the hero Vanaraj Shah questions wife why she was making big farce and creating scenes for his misadventures and romance with his lover when he already told sorry to her ,to which Anupama retorts whether he would apologise her if she had committed extramarital affair with another man and say sorry? to which he shouts back with anger" how dare you to say even that and try to slap her when she catches his hand and warns him to behave properly as she is not his chattel or slave.Better watch Anupama on Disney Hotstar right from the beginning or atleast from the last 8 to 10 episodes and don't miss the daily episode at 10 pm on starplus
