Day 1.. Kind of
So with every first day of a new lifestyle change, I weigh myself, take pictures, and just plan what I want to accomplish.
So for today:
I slowly ease into a diet change. So starting today, I’m only drinking water and coffee occasionally (I can’t give it up).
I set an alarm for 830AM so I can get used to eating breakfast before noon, and so I can make sure I have 3 meals a day.
As of today, I weigh in at 196. I’m 5’8, so the weight is pretty much evened out to my entire body, but what I want to focus on is my stomach region.

With my stomach, the biggest struggle is this little spare tire/ kangaroo pouch I have going on. Main mission: work on pouch!

I don’t know if it’s just me, but when it comes to sticking to a health routine or just eating clean.. I always end up giving in to my cravings.. but this time no more!

That’s right! I’m tired of feeling sluggish from the crap food I eat; I’m also tired of noticing some of my jeans don’t fit the same as they did (sensitive topic). Instead of complaining to my boyfriend and my best friend about my weight gain, I am going to do something about it!
I know I can do it and I know I can get results, but sticking to it is the hardest part.. and honestly I feel like documenting it in a sense will help me. Nothing like sharing my progress to the world, right?
I’ll be posting weight plans/goals, fitness routines, healthy food alternatives, and my state of mind.
Remember: positivity is KEY!
