West of Dead is a very stylish twin-stick shooter where you shoot your way through Wild West Purgatory as a dead gunslinger with a flaming skull and the voice of Ron Perlman!

11 Questions
I was tagged by @rosecorcoranwrites since she could sense that I also wanted to answer my own questions XD
What are you most egotistical about/proud of in your WIP? The way certain things work with ghosts in my setting. I think it’s pretty original and will be cool.
Did any character start out one way and surprise with who they’ve become? Dr. Creap started out as as purely an expositional character who could explain some plot points, and he turned into the most lovable and funny character, who is going to have some major depth. Also Jericho Gage’s name has changed several times, but I think this time it will stick XD
Which character is easiest to write and which is hardest? Dr. Creap is the easiest, followed by Deacon, and I think No Name and Jericho are both hard. No wait! The villains are hard because I have no idea what they want!
What would you enjoy most about your setting if you lived there? The horses and clothes.
What would you hate about your setting if you lived there? All the ghosts and also the lack of modern conveniences.
Share a few songs that would be in a soundtrack or playlist for your story. Ringo by Lorne Greene, God’s Gonna Cut You Down by Johnny Cash, Bald Butte by Colter Wall, Ghost Riders (any version), Final Duel by Ennio Morricone, Sand Planet from Trigun, this version of Unforgiven II by Metallica, and the original version, Johny Cash’s cover of Hurt by NIN, Running Gun by Marty Robbins
Pick one sight, smell, sound, feel and taste to describe the aesthetic for your WIP. Sight: Sun-bleached lace curtains lifting just a little and falling back into place when the stranger in town looks at the window.  Smell: Sweat and smoke Sound: Wind. It was just the wind right?  Bonus Sound: Boots with spurs walking heavily on wood. Feel: A fine coating of grit that has blown onto everything and gets in your eyes. Taste: Strong coffee.
What is a surprising talent or weakness one of your characters has (doesn’t have to be plot relevant)? No Name would be good with animals if they weren’t afraid of what’s attached to her. She used to be good with animals.
What kind of scenes do you like writing the most? Scenes where the ghosts’ pasts are revealed, and gunfights.
What’s something you really want readers to notice and enjoy in your WIP? I want them to enjoy the old west flavor and aesthetic.
Was there one bolt of inspiration that gave you the first idea for this story, or was it more of gradual inkling? Both! The idea, weirdly, came from the guy who buys Poes in Ocarina of Time, and I guess the Big Poe that’s near Lon Lon Ranch. That was the seed, and everything else was gradual, if not grueling.
I tag whoever wants to play, but I can’t think of any more questions XD
