Okay I know this is a long shot but I don’t exactly know who’d be better to ask that isn’t actively an enemy of mine.

I can’t really reveal my identity because I don’t want this to be really traced to me, but I’m currently doing some Interpol-adjacent type work involving a local evil team, and one of my recent missions ended up with myself and some associates trapped underground. Down there, we had a run-in with a scientist we’d had some issues with in the past, whose focus seems to be experimenting with type-varianced Pokémon with an aim to return them to their most ancestral forms? Whilst there, he set an ancient-seeming… Pokémon? On us? It looked almost like the moon, like a colossal Minior, with laser attacks that could cut through stone. Most interestingly to me, he called it a goddess or something similar? Is there anything you’ve encountered like this in mythology before? Or any insight as to what it could be? Any help would be appreciated.
