Barry: *sings* you’re just too good to be true
Caitlin: *raised eyebrow* what are you doing?
Barry: *continues singing* can’t take my eyes off of you
Caitlin: I’m flattered, but maybe you shouldn’t tell Iris.
Barry: *laughs* okay, okay. I’m just excited.
Caitlin: why?
Barry: because it’s Valentine’s day.
Caitlin: I’ve never heard you singing on Valentine’s day before.
Barry: that’s because I’d never realized what I realized THIS Valentine’s day.
Caitlin: what’d you realize?
Barry: somewhere in the multiverse, on some earth, there’s a me that’s in love with you.
Caitlin: *smiles curiously* why would that make you happy enough to sing?
Cisco: *walks into the room* are you going to declare your undoing love for Caitlin, because I’m not ready for that. My heart is still fragile.
Barry: *rolls eyes* I love Iris on this earth. *looks caitlin in the eyes* But you’re my best friend, and I love you and you deserve the best of everything. And I think that I could give you everything you deserve because I know you. So, it’s nice to know that somewhere, on some earth, I am, and you’re having the best Valentine’s day ever.
Caitlin: *eyes shining with tears, gives watery smile* Thanks Barry. I love you too. And there isn’t an earth in the universe where I don’t, and where we’re not the greatest friends…or more.
Cisco: what am I? Invisible?
*caitlin and Barry laugh*
*caitlin waves them into a group hug*
Caitlin and Barry: we love you too Cisco.

just had an idea for another alternate ending to t100...i've said before that bellamy should have just been an inside man and that he should have just faked his death to escape, but i hadn't really thought about the details...
i was just thinking though and the thesis for this show for so long was: earth. living and not just surviving, yes. but specifically on earth. it was always, first and foremost, about earth.
monty said it wasn't coming back, but season 7 literally introduced the idea of time moving differently on different planets. so, the storyline very easily could have brought them back to earth in the end.
it should have gone like this:
bellamy is an inside man so that he can stall and give them some time to figure out how to get everyone back to earth. he brings clarke in on the plan during their argument and she trusts him instantly (because it's bellamy).
i honestly don't remember much of the plot of s7 at all or how any of this wormhole shit works, but bellamy and clarke and everyone literally could have just made it seem like they all died in an explosion and meanwhile they just traveled through a wormhole back to earth. raven being the genius that she is finds a way to close it forever, just in case anyone doubts that they actually died.
so there you go. all the annoying people are stuck on all the other planets, and bellamy and co get to spend the rest of their lives living peacefully on earth. they have the choice to have kids if they want, or not. the point is, they get the choice. they get to have agency. they get to live life to the fullest.
and best of all, they get to do it on earth.
and of course, after seven season of build up, bellamy and clarke finally get together and get the happy ending they deserved. there would be a montage then of everyone's lives and we'd even get a little flashforward a few years to see how everyone ended up. if any of them had decided to have kids. what hobbies they found to enjoy. beach days and parties by the bonfire. literally just living any way that they want now that they're not fighting for their lives.
and then we end with clarke narrating, calling back to "i was born in space" and summarizing the story. eventually, the screen pans to her watching all of her friends and family having a splashing fight in the water. someone calls "mom" out to her, getting her attention. she sees august (bellarke's 4 year old) with bellamy and madi. she makes eye contact with bellamy, they're both smiling so wide, and there is this look in their eyes that just says, we made it, didn't we. we really made it.
clarke then runs in to join in on the fun. bellamy splashes her, grinning at her. clarke smiles and says, "oh you're gonna regret that."
"oh really, what are you gonna do, princess?"
no hesitation, she tackles him into the water. he's sputtering when they surface, not quite believing she just did that, and then they both dissolve into a laughing mess along with madi and august and all their friends.
bellamy wraps his arms around her from behind and kisses her on the cheek. the camera zooms in so that only clarke's face is in the shot, she is wearing the brightest smile of the entire series, and that's the final shot :)

"I no longer believed in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight. But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together."

Bonnie: You gave me up, you let me down, you turned around, and deserted me.
Damon: But did I make you cry?
Bonnie: *cries on the spot*
Damon: …..Dammit.

Damon: Here's some advice
Bonnie: I didn't ask for any
Damon: Too bad. I'm stuck here with my thoughts and you're the only one who talks to me

Damon: Bad things keep happening to me, like I have bad luck or something.
Bonnie: Damon, you don't have bad luck. The reason bad things happen to you is because you're a dumbass.

Bonnie: I truly go into housewife mode when I'm someone's soulmate- like, I'll make you pancakes and bacon every morning.
Damon: This is a lie.
Damon: I'm literally dating her. This is a lie.
Damon: SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO COOK A PANCAKE, WHAT IS THIS.

"Sometimes you meet someone, and it's so clear that the two of you, on some level belong together. As lovers, or as friends. or as family, or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you understand one another or you're in love or you're partners in crime. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive. I don't know if that makes me believe in coincidence, or fate, or sheer blind luck, but it definitely makes me believe in something."
