Simple workout 👑
I’m never able to exercise or follow workout plans, so I just did whatever I wanted. Gonna write it down so I can remember. I don’t know how many calories this burns, but it’s better than doing nothing.
50 jumping jacks
50 squats
30 arm circles (front and back)
50 crunches
30 heel touches (left and right)
30 pelvic thrusts
20 second plank
10 pushups (ankles crossed)
