(re tags) There’s a reasonable case to be made for K9 not actually counting as a spinoff anyway. As far as I can see, there’s nothing that distinguishes it from, say, the BBV stuff. In both cases, they’re unaffiliated productions that simply use characters that have also been in Who but are owned by their original creators who can therefore license them elsewhere.

So if you’re trying to be completist about watching them all, either you ignore K9 entirely or... well, I’ve got news for you.

I love all the Doctor Who spinoffs. Torchwood, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Class, and *looks at smudged writing on my hand* kumquat.

Re the tags (scriptscribbles), it's most likely a reference to the way the London Underground has these signs at the bottom of every long staircase. So people who've decided to walk up rather than use the lift have the opportunity to reconsider; or, perhaps, if someone collapses halfway up they can say "Well, we DID warn you..."
