Things that might actually help Riverdale are things Archie has nothing to do with, honestly. Like Tabitha wanting to expand Pop's(which would provide jobs). Even in the synopsis for episode nine, Jughead focusing on trying to help one student seems more impactful than whatever Archie is doing.

Oh exactly, but Archie and RAS made it seem like he was going to save the town and he has yet to come up with a single plan. He didn't even come up with the teacher idea. I mean all he has done is start a football team.

Meanwhile Hiram still got the town and is doing whatever he wants. It's like Archie was like I got my house back and a football team I'm good.
