The plague mask is actual bone, he can not take it off.
Though he denies everything when asked, he secretly loves birds.
Never call him the Plague Doctor. Just call him 049.
He’s always very curious about some things
Peanut is his main course of interest
Scp-049-2 instances are “cured” but he’s working on it.
Not everything has the pestilence
His doctor bag is seemingly bigger on the inside
