It's been almost 5 years and I don't even remember posting this. I've been through so much hatred and negativity since then. Now I realize how important it is to protect your inner peace. Never letting anyone make me feel worthless again. Grateful to have felt the inner peace, because I know what I have to do to get it back.

I have been struggling to find my balance for years and I think I’m just now finding it. I never thought I would be able to be able to control my emotions and push negative energies to the side, but I did it. And I hope that anyone who reads this finds their balance. Don’t let your thoughts and emotions run you wild, take a moment to breathe, live in the moment, be present, let things fall into place and it will balance itself out.
