FINALALY TO EXPLAINN!!!! A masc lesbian is just a person who is attracted to non-men that acts/looks/dresses masculine. Since pronouns don't equal gender, he/him can be used for lesbians as well!! It was used by the butches in the mid to late 90's for them to appear more masculine. I use them because while I like masculine terms used on me, I don't want to be seen as a man. masc lesbian ≠ 'hey mamas' lesbian
