I have a hard time actually sitting down and doing my homework and it’s not because I don’t know the subject, I’m pretty good at it, I just can’t be bothered to sit down and do it.

You aren't the one once this happens to. You are not alone. Many students these days suffer with loss of motivation that can lead to situations like yours.

The solution can be different for everyone. The best I can tell you is to not force yourself and do your homework when you feel like you can. You may feel like you really have to do it, but the more you force yourself, the more difficult it may become.
