notion medication and symptoms tracker
hi i made this mostly for myself, but i realized that lots of people probably have the same issues lol. use this template to track the medications you take/have taken, and keep a daily log of how you're feeling. i didnt see any that weren't all about "wellness" so i took it upon myself!
includes:
medication tracker with date to refill calculator
editable and sort-able list of common symptoms that you can search and add in daily logs
calendar to add daily entries of medications taken, symptoms experienced, and general feelings
low stakes, low commitment, low spoons-friendly :-)
get the template here (to use, click "Duplicate" in the upper right-hand corner)

hello, world
as i write this, my blog is empty. im hoping to fill it with my journey upskilling, learning coding languages, and teaching myself data science.
prior to this, i got my undergraduate degree in psychology, primarily focusing on mental health, human sexuality, and disability studies. i wanted to get a PhD in psychology and become a professor. however, 2020 hit and knocked me way off course!
i was part-time working from home and occasionally employed for seasonal positions throughout 2020 to now. we all tried out new skills during lockdown, right? so fussing around with tech stuck!
ive dabbled in tons of free courses, a handful of languages, a variety of career paths. i think i finally found a match, though.
timeline of everything so far:
started out in UX design and it didnt really fit
moved into web development because i have a little skill in HTML, but that didnt really fit either
eventually settled on Harvard's free CS50x Intro to Computer Science course to have a more general overview of comp sci
discovered SQL! and it clicked so well!
looked into data analysis and data sciences more seriously, found DataCamp
currently taking DataCamp's certification tracks to gain skills
outside of potential career things, ive also played around with modding video games and making websites to help me game more efficiently 🤪
ive tried out html, css, javascript, python, C, R, and SQL so far. im gonna be designing and coding my own theme for this blog, my portfolio, and working on my personal projects
aaaand that's all folks. ill update here when i have things to report!
