"Oh yes, I see death has finally caught up to you. Tragic. And after all I did to ensure your safety with that spell."

"But you didn't break it did you... no, you couldn't. So who did?"

"I'm not disappointed. Just...surprised you survived destroying all copies of the Darkhold. Maybe a bit jealous, even."

Sorry for the low activity everyone. I've been trying to scrape two braincells together that aren't currently being horded by my main muse @malka-lisitsa. Also watched Agatha all along which was really good and also now I have context for your characters.

I most certainly DO want to write with you it just takes a lot of spoons bc my depression is so bad rn and Ive got little energy to fight the queen demanding all the attention.

What now. Good question. Wanda wasn't about to give up her quest for her boys... but at the moment she can't go through with her original plan.

"That depends. Are you going to help me or get in my way?"

A brow rose expectantly as she stared Luna down.

If this girl truly was her family, and knew her in any way that mattered, she would understand Wanda can not be swayed from this mission. If Luna were smart she would collaborate with Wanda using the knowledge from her timeline to help avoid another fatal outcome.

Luna lets out a gasp, for Wanda's words feel like a stab to the chest, as they were incredibly hurtful and a part of her stupidly believes her words, that she really wasn't strong enough to save her aunt. But she then she quickly has to remind herself that Wanda is not herself that the darkhold has taken has changed her.

Luna braces herself as Wanda moves off the carved stone she had been sitting on, expecting her to lash out at her once more. Only to be relieved that the redhead doesn't.

"It's not allegedly." Luna insists before smirking just the tiniest bit. "You're so welcome by the way..... So what's the plan now?"

We just started interacting but I can't wait to see more of Luna and Wanda and really build an organic relationship between them.

Outside of tumblr tho you have got to be one of the sweetest people I know. You consistently checked in on me last year when I was half dead. You genuinely care and that shows a lot through your actions. You're not all talk. You walk the walk. I hope we stay friends forever <3

Oh where to even start with Lizzie? She hand crafted the PERFECT doppelganger match for Elena. She plays some of the most interesting Oc's over all. She's a big fan of my OC and her original lore so much she CHANGED OC'S TO FIT IT.

Shes a sweet person, and shes finding her voice, and I am so happy to be a part of that journey in any capacity.

And let me tell you there have been REAL TEARS over Wanda and Billy ok.

I consider her to be a very close friend. She listened. She cared. and that's rare anymore.

As much as Wanda's mind begged her to just let that be real. To accept his blind forgiveness and move forward in an ignorant bliss.... but Wanda's heart wouldn't let her move forward unless her son knew what she was truly capable of. What she had done trying to get to them.

"Billy." She took his face gently between her hands, eyes watering as she spoke. "Please. I need you to know. I don't want to hide from you. If you want me to be your mother I need to know you understand who I really am before you give up this life you've made." Lip quivered as she spoke the last half. Guilt weighed heavily on her chest.

"I love you, Billy, and I want you to know... everything.... so you can decide if you still love me too..."

"We're together, now," Billy said firmly. "And we never have to leave each other ever again." And maybe together, they would be able to find Tommy, and they could be a family again.

He could feel something in her shift, and pulled away to look at her. "You're worried," he said softly. "You're worried about what you did to find us, about what I'll think. . . But I don't care, Mom. Whatever it is-- it doesn't change anything, I promise."

Billy raised one hand to touch her face, staring at her intensely. "All I've wanted for the last three years was to have my family back, and I know you wanted that too. . . I don't care how it happened. I just care that we're together."

Maybe it was naive of him to say that, without knowing everything, but Billy didn't care. Not many kids knew how far their parents would go for them, but he knew his mom would literally rip apart reality to find a way back to him and his brother. How could he feel anything but loved?

So the darkhold wasn't the key after all. Or at least not the way that version of herself used it. Then Luna continued-

"So you are the reason she's dead." That was the difference. Luna just said that that wanda had died saving her. So her presence was the reason it failed. With a huge sigh Wanda stepped down from her elevated position. With no way to send Luna back where she came from, there was no guarantee that she wouldn't meet the same fate due to Luna's presence.

"I can't send you back." Wanda stated. "I can't open portals, clearly. You can't either, allegedly. And you were the alternate piece in your aunts timeline. Now you're here which means I can't risk using the darkhold anymore."

"You have single handedly messed up all of my plans."

"No, she didn't succeed."

Luna finds herself instinctively looking up at the roof of the throne room, remembering what had happened a month ago, the event is still raw and fresh in her mind.

"She died last month... I was there when it happened. This place and the darkhold had killed her" Luna explains, biting her lip, in order to stop herself from crying. "She did it to save me, so when you send me back. I'll be all alone again."

So west view happened in multiple realities too. Logically that made sense, but the idea now that she wasn't the only version of herself looking for her children some how made all of this feel more... urgent.

"And where is your aunt now? Did she succeed?"

Either or, didn't matter. Wanda could use the success or failure to rule out or target a certain approach. Tactical. Strategy. Efficiency.

If Luna was to be honest with herself, there is a part of her that doesn't want to leave. Because she knows that if she goes home, she'll be all alone again and she doesn't want to be anymore.

The teenager flinches at Wanda's tone of voice, realising she had made her cross and potentially even more furious than before. Something that she had not intended to do and now she was dealing with the consequences.

"Because Billy and Tommy had existed in my world too. I was in Westview with them. They were my cousins but...When my aunt lifted the Hex. They-they didn't survive." She explains carefully "My aunt then went on to look for Billy and Tommy. That's how I know you're trying to find them."

Psycho witch.

Flashes of the past filled Wanda's head. Westview. How she had accidentally mentally enslaved a whole town of people. Kamertaj, how she had laid to RUIN a sacred place in her rampage to steal a kid's power.

How she had dream walked into another version of herself and killed all of that universe's avengers like it was NOTHING. Sure, all of it had been done out of grief. All of it had been done for love, but in her right mind? Wanda knew it was never right. It was never something she would have condoned of another person. It's something she weighs herself down with guilt for. Something she won't let go. Something she doesn't feel she deserves to let go.

Wanda feels her grief so powerfully and with her powers as they are she can't be trusted not to hurt anyone. As much as she doesn't want to do that, as much as she tries not to? Wanda knows she is dangerous. She can't fault them for saying so.

"No." Wanda shook her head, tone even if not slightly mournful. "I am not making you see anything, Tommy. I wouldn't hide from my own son."

Right. She was technically his mother, even if she'd tried to kill him. The teenager whooshed forward so he was standing mere feet away. "You look pretty normal, for someone they call a psycho witch," Tommy mused, sizing the woman up with a tilt of his head. "Or is that a lie, too? Are you just making me see what you want? I know that's your thing. . ."

He should take her out, or bring her in. It was what he was trained to do. . . But looking at Wanda, now, he didn't see the monster he'd been told about. She was just a lady.
