hey what are your thoughts on the Inuyasha sequel? What do you think will happen??

I LOVE IT! I am team SesshomaruxRin all the way. I am disappointed that they didn't show them being all cute together like they did with Inuyasha and Kagome but apparently the manga is supposed to be better for that. I felt like they rushed the anime a bit but the fight scenes especially the one at the end of season 1 😥 were pretty entertaining to watch. Also, every scene in which Sesshomaru showed affection toward his daughters (SO CUTE!!!!) Inuyasha was one of the first animes I watched as a little tween aha

Adulthood...update

Wow, so okay, it was pre-pandemic era since I posted on this account. It's so odd to look back on posts I have created and see all the wonderful comments. I miss this page but it's so weird to come back to it without touching it for so long. I created this account in high school (when I was 17 and am now 26) when I had time to sit down, crack open a can of coke (original ofc) and watch my favourite anime. I'd have to say that 'Say I Love You' is still one of my all-time favourites. Not because it brings back memories of nostalgia but because the themes themselves kind of tie into and fit perfectly with my situation in life.

As a young teen, I struggled to fit in and find my place in the world. Got rejected a lot and avoided people to save myself the heartache of losing relationships and getting hurt. Much like how Mei was at the beginning of the anime. As I've moved forward in life, not because I wanted to but like most people get pushed into the harsh reality of adulthood, I've realised that you will naturally find your place. You will find new things that excite you, like anime or video games, and the people that like the same things will want to naturally form a bond with you because they want to. See, I never realised but most of the people in high school were 'friends by default' because I was essentially trapped in a prison cell for 7 hours, and like most prison cell situations (not that I would know but from watching a lot of 'Prison Break') you don't want to be the odd one left out. Survival of the fittest and such. Don't get me wrong, high school wasn't all bad, some of the friends I made I still keep in touch with today. I guess like most things there is a life lesson to learn. Growing up can be daunting but if you surround yourself with the people that you truly love and give you that same affection back, then it makes life a little easier to bear.

So, if you are going through something tough right now, hold on. Don't give up and always reach out for help. Or you can slump into your comfy bean bag with a sode pop and binge-watch your fav series. Whatever works.

Don't know if I am going to keep posting 'Say I love You' content but I'll keep the page open for now. If anyone cares or follows this page anymore, here's a question for you...'What has been your biggest fear you have had to overcome?" Are you still trying to overcome it?'
