to the girl that he loves after me: He seems like the most confident and put together guy in the world but please know that while he is confident and put together, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t need your constant love and support. His love language is words of affirmation and with that being said, it’s crucial you consistently remind him that he is loved and appreciated. He hates chocolate more than anything in the world. don’t tease him about it. He doesn’t like it because of a “traumatic” childhood experience. he does, however, love strawberry cake with lemon frosting. it’s his favorite. oh, also, Oatmeal cookies with frosting and homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream. He isn’t a huge fan of candy with the exception of skittles crazy cores and starbursts. He loves anime but doesn’t tell anyone about it so as not to be made fun of. take an interest in it… he’ll appreciate it. His all time favorite show in the world is Game of Thrones. He literally fan-girls over it. watch it. fan-girl with him. He appreciates fashion and always looks his best, so you should too. it’ll be hard to compete, but try. His mother is the most important person in the world to him. She’s beautiful and strong and confident, so as long as you smile and keep a conversation going with her, you should be in. plus, he’ll love you so much more if she approves. His brother is someone who aggravates him at times, but he will always support and do anything for. we always joked that one day when we had our own home, we’d have an apartment above the garage just for his brother to live in… I never minded because his brother is one of my favorite people in the world. He gets comfortable and it may seem lazy and a bit careless but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care or doesn’t love you. He’s just used to you being there no matter what and is a very laid back person. The love he has for his baby cousins is the sweetest and most breathtaking thing in the world so be prepared. he is amazing with kids and is going to make such an incredible father one day. Yes, his best friend is a girl. get over it. she’s amazing and probably one of the coolest people I’ve ever met not to mention hilarious. but also extremely protective. next to his mom, her approval is imperative. He’s terrible with his phone. it’ll be okay. His eyes are easy to get lost in so appreciate any time you get to look into them. I’m serious. don’t ever take advantage of it. Everyone in his life will joke that he doesn’t have emotions and doesn’t care about anything but it’s simply not true. He does however choose to keep negativity out of his life so if it’s negative, he doesn’t engage. THIS IS A GOOD THING. it may seem annoying at times but, if he loves you, he also cares about you. he just hates confrontation and drama in general and chooses to ignore it. His friends from back home are extremely important to him. they’re so easy to get along with as long as you interact and can hold up a conversation with them. they’re super funny so it should be a breeze. He always chooses to look at the positive side of things but he’s still human and at times will need to vent to you. be positive but let him speak and get it all off his chest. Breakfast is his favorite meal of the day. specifically, pancakes with strawberries on top. The rain is like a sleep drug to him so if you have plans and it’s raining like crazy, stay in and let him rest. he’ll thank you for it. He hates when water touches him. not like being in a body of water, just like random drops of water touching his arm. it’s like nails on a chalk board to him. When you’re at a party with him, let him do his thing and you do yours. he loves watching how his girl acts in a public setting around the people he loves, from the background. never ever take him for granted. he was the best and worst thing that ever happened to me (only because it didn’t work out was he the worst.) sincerely, the girl who’s whole world is going to be yours now
