Heather could tell that the woman sitting next to her was fairly distressed but they weren’t at the bar so they didn’t exactly feel as confident as normal striking up a conversation. Once the conversation was started however, Heather offered them a small smile. “No bother at all. I actually manage the best bar in town and its just about opening time. How about we head over together?”

“The best bar in town,” she laughed softly. “Oh, that’s what I’m talking about, let’s go!” Sawyer excitedly got up from her chair at the cafe, more than ready to go as if it wasn’t mid-day. “You’re my kind of person.” Sure, the other was headed there to work, but at least she wasn’t going to walk there alone. “Be honest with me, as manager, do you ever sneak a drink here and there? I feel like you have to. It’s like a birth right.”

She’d never been much of a walker … or a runner, or really someone who went to the gym but her therapist recommended at least one thirty minute walk every day to get a breath of fresh air. Cassie hadn’t been listening much but it was something about needing the vitamin d along with a bit of social interaction in her new place of residence. Leaving one headphone out, Cassie waited at the traffic light for the walk sign to flash. Peering beside her toward the voice, Cassie gave a nod. “Yeah actually, there’s the Turtle Bar - which I work there as a bartender funny enough. And there’s Sink Hole, but that’s more of a dive bar than anything.”

Sawyer’s ears perked up as she coincidentally ran into the perfect person. “Ooh,” she awed at her options. Despite the way she dressed and presented herself, she did love a good dive bar too. The decision wasn’t that easy when she didn’t know the difference between the two. “Well, what’s your professional opinion?” she tilted her head curiously. “If you were sending a first timer to a bar around here, where would you recommend?”

Leo was heading down the street from the grocery store, one arm carrying the bags of produce while the other was scanning his phone. Between Daniel and Dmitri, his inbox was full of videos and he was still trying to catch up on all of them before they sent more to him. He was standing at the crosswalk when his attention was pulled to the woman asking him a question. “Um,” he hummed, the question catching him off guard, “Most places are closed right now…..you might want to try the Waterfront Grille, though.”

“...But it’s 12:15.”  she whispered as she peaked at her phone. What happened to it was five o’clock somewhere? Those were wise words to live by in her opinion. “Waterfront Grille?” she nodded, hoping it wasn’t too far from where she was now and that it was open. “Please don’t tell me that there’s some morning alcohol ban here. I think it’s the only thing that’ll make me miss LA.”

Christopher was always busy on the ranch so he didn’t really keep up with the media much. That was more his wife’s thing, but then again he did hear about it from time to time. Not that he paid attention much to it at all when it came to celebrities lives, he had too much to worry about with the ranch and stuff going on with it. Getting a text from his wife, that was when he stopped to check it. Reading it for a second, he went to reply when he heard someone’s voice. Glancing up from his phone, he slipped it into his pocket. “Yeah, there are a couple of places. Depends on your style really and what you are in the mood for.” He told the brunette. “The Turtle Bar is really good and so is The Waterfront Grille.”

It was nice to not have someone shove a phone in her face as soon as they recognized her. So far, it was her favorite thing about being in Turtle Bay. Sawyer made a mental note of the two bars before tilting her head. “Which one has the stronger pour?” she asked honestly with a little laugh, having her priorities straight. “It’s been a long day,” she exhaled, “so I’m trying to find the perfect place to forget about it. I don’t know if there’s a designated place for that.”

Sawyer always felt the most beautiful when Aiden was looking at her. The smile only grew as her mother-in-law was mentioned, nodding her head knowingly. “We have so much to catch up on. I hope she won’t mind pushing dinner out for a few days. I didn’t get much done today.” Sawyer looked at the mess around her but managed to smile, really sulking in the unpacking process. Her hands slid up the rockstar’s arms as she hummed softly, contemplating their options for the night. “Both are very tempting,” the socialite admitted before tilting her head, “... but I say we go out and have a night out in the town. It’s so refreshing not having a phone in a two mile radius pointed at our direction. We need to celebrate our big move here too,” she encouraged. Trying to seal the deal with a kiss as she lingered her lips onto Aiden’s. “Is the club your old stomping ground from back in the day?” she teased, knowing this was part of the reason she had agreed on Turtle Bay as their new home, she wanted to know as much as she could about her fiancée.

The socialite was supposed to be arranging her closet, but while organizing her clothes, she started to try them on. An hour later, she might as well may have been having her own fashion show. Expensive designer clothing were scattered all over the master bedroom as she drank her reflection in the mirror. The silver dress brought out the color in her eyes and hugged her waist in just the right place. In the middle of checking herself out, she didn’t hear Aiden calling out to her or come up stairs. In fact, it wasn’t until she caught the rockstar’s reflection in the mirror that she realized that she wasn’t alone. “Baby!” she exhaled half startled, half relived that it was her. “How long have you been standing there watching me admire myself?” she giggled, putting her hands on her hips before walking over to her. “Well, thoughts? Keep or toss?” she posed with a bright smile before stealing a quick peck from her fiancee. “How was your mom’s? Did you bring her the flowers like I asked?” she raised her eyebrows, absolutely loving Ms. Brown.

The redhead had been taking a social media break since the move, last thing she needed was reporters and such flooding town. Pulling up to their home, Aiden parked one of her cars in the garage before heading inside. The studio that she was coming along nicely. Plus she had visited her mother and step father so that alone was plus, honestly she liked being close to her family. She had missed that since she had left this place behind. So it was really nice just to be able to visit her family without having to book a ticket or use her private plane.

There was a small sigh that escaped her lips, as she moved inside. Putting her keys up with the others before slipping off her jacket and hanging it up. The estate was coming along nice. Things were being unpacked and placed where they belong. Moving throughout their home, she stopped at the piano for a moment. Damn thing had been hers since a kid and it went with her when she first moved from Turtle Bay and now it was back. Much like she was. Shaking her head a little bit, the redhead moved upstairs. "Sawyer?" She called out, rolling up her sleeves. "Baby?" She questioned, as she moved into their room. Seeing her soon to be wife, that was when she leaned in the door way, just watching her for a moment.

It must have been a dry month in the media because pictures of the moving trucks at her place back in Los Angeles were now splattered all over the internet. Sighing deeply, she scrolled through the comments. She knew better than to read the comments of fans because sooner rather than later she would find the hate comments. “I doubt it was Aiden’s idea to move in with her? When is the PR relationship going to end? 🙄” That was the final straw. Sawyer shut her phone and put it on silent, not wanting to see one another tweet. Turning to the person next to her, she sighed softly. “Hey, I’m sorry to bother you. Do you know where I could possibly get a drink?” she asked as if it wasn’t mid-day. The newcomer hadn’t had a chance to explore town yet, but she knew where her first stop would be.

BIOGRAPHY 

sawyer underwood, daughter of a popular hollywood exec and high governmental official had quite the childhood growing up between hollywood sets and the white house. if it taught sawyer anything it was confidence — which she picked up at a young age. she can truly make anyone feel like it's sawyer underwood's world and we are just living in it.

as a young socialite and legacy student, sawyer ended up going to princeton like her father. while everyone just figures she got strings pulled for her, she actually got a perfect score on her test and nailed the interview. sawyer never boasted about her intelligence instead she played up the party girl persona letting everyone underestimates her while she always three steps ahead. 

after graduating, she started a foundation to help inner city kids in new york receive a free education. instead of being the ceo, she pulled the strings behind the scenes. holding fundraisers to fund her company. 

she was able to party and live her best life without having the responsibility of keeping a ‘perfect’ image for the company. 

her love-life on the other hand was very much a mess. her mother was tired of seeing her daughter brokenhearted, so she introduced her aiden brown. of course, her mother had personal interest in having a rockstar as the face of her company.
